breakfast was very good with choice of foods and the food prepration was very good. Staff was very polite and helpful for the guidance to arrange the trip., the view from the room was very relaxing and pleasant.

My only complaint is the pool timings was very inconvenient. pool was closed for the time when it could have help relax. It was closed from 11am to 3pm and close again for BBQ from 6 pm. Only meat available was HALAL which was not my liking.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Rohit at the front desk, staff in the restaurant and room service.

The restaurant closes at 10.30 pm. The room card restricts your access to common floors or even other floors. One lift was faulty where the card did not work and once the doors close, it is difficult to have it opened. Check-out time is 10.00 am is a deterrent.

Superb hotel. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Extremely good value for money . Great staff- very efficient. Have a policy of no tipping. Hope the company pays them well though. Extensive choice for breakfast and dinner food. The restaurant waiting staff and the chefs doing the live stations need special commendation. The restaurant was busy both during breakfast and dinner and the staff stayed calm and smiley. Well done. Keep it up.

Everything was perfect. Keep it up- Sayaji Vadodara. I stayed in nearly a dozen hotels during my recent long visit to India and must say that your hotel was one of the top.

Very kind personnel, service minded and polite. Very good breakfast with plenty of options. The climatization of the room works well, and the bathroom is very fresh and well furnished. Comfy beds.

As in many hotel rooms, the fan of the climate control system is noisy, this is a common issue not really a complaint. Nothing else that I can reasonably complain about.

The hotel was very clean. Employees are very well mannered. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern . The breakfast and dinner is very delicious and there is a variety of food available,so no need to go out and eat. One exceptional staff member (Kajol) looked after us very well. Also the manager helped us as well. Would recommend and would go back.

The only thing was because it is near a river there were mosquitos, which is unavoidable, but the hotel did good to manage the problem.

We had good moments during our stay. The staff is very co operative, polite & helpful. Morning breakfast was awesome. My daughter loved this hotel more than us. The lawn, ambience is very pleasing. Room, cleanliness & food everything was remarkable. It really reduces our stress level. It was awesome. Dinner area near swimming pool was also very nice. In short overall experience in this hotel was amazing & memorable. Thank you for treating customer so well. It's value for money.

As we are vegetarian so the only thing which we did not like was buffet served with non veg tooo.

Too noisy lobby .. most of the weddings & functions & common entrance & common lobby for all … so it’s missing it’s peace & brand image . chance to improve breakfast & F & B manager to ge more proactive at breakfast .. trainee staff at live counter .. much scope to improve .

I think the room was quite clean. Staff was quite cooperative. Breakfast spread was also quite good. They were also accomodative on the check out time.

I don't think I would like to complain about anything. It was quite a good experience.

This is the new Sayaji Hotel, very near to the railway station and also not far from Airport. The rooms are of very decent size and cleanliness is great. Staff is very friendly and eager to assist for any support and queries. The food choices in Vadodara are plenty including in-room dining or restaurants below. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Extension of my checkout timing was very promptly accepted (much appreciated). I didn't really use the other facilities like pool (relatively very small) and gym on the top floor.

Limited minibar bar options (no snacks) if something can be considered for improvement.
