Good location. Room was comfortable. Mattress and pillows excellent. Food delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. Brijesh was very helpful with all my needs.

The floor in my room was definitely not clean. I had to ask for it to be cleaned immediately on my arrival. This was done quickly. Rooms were not cleaned every day which is not a problem but i had to ask for more toilet paper and water which took too long to arrive. Music in the outside bar was far too loud for my liking.

It's a worthy property if you get a good deal, please book in advance. Hygiene is their topmost priority. And they have good night meals arrangement.

Location is not so good. It's quite far from Railway Station and sightseeing points.

Location was good in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Staf was not so kind and keen to help basically they are busy in arranging parties so don't have much time for in house guests. Can't blame them coz of extra work load of marriage season. Basic facilities are comprised such as they won't have any double bed rooms all are twin single beds and we had our small baby with us so it's very problematic to make her sleep in between. Elevator was working weired. Door bell of our room was not working so had to knok on the door etc.

Location was Good. Humble staff especially restaurant manager was very proactive Mr Pramod Kumar.

Room number 415 was very bad . There was smell of moisture. My relative couldnt sleep because of Smell. She felt sick . Room changed next day room number 311 same issue.

maintenance issues: water logging in the bathroom of room no -320. one of the guests slipped on wet floor and hurt himself there was delay in checking in low support on providing in room dining after 10pm

Breakfast not worthy and does not have many options to choose. Staff not good, does not have manners to treat customer. Does not have shower in bathroom. They only have bath tub which is not at all useful for everyone. Especially in a city like Varanasi bath tub is of no use. Until if they are only expecting foreigner customer. Even after requesting to change the room with a shower bathroom they did not changed and said that they only have bath tub rooms. it was not at all possible for my parents to take bath in the bath tub. They struggled a lot those 2 days. i seriously demand refund of my stay.

They should told that married guests are only allowed.They were behind my freind as a prostitute. Their GM and a bell boy was behind the ladies like she is came for monetary body business.Pathetic behaviour. While checking they took 30 minutes. While check out they asked to stop as I Had stoled some from his hotel.
