The hotel is very centrally located with just walking distance to Kala Bairavar Temple. It has one of the best high class vegetarian restaurant in the city. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant. They have good bakery and tends to bake delicious breads and biscuits. Have a tea with their home made biscuits… wow awesomeness.. rooms were decent and gets cleaned regularly

The hotel is right at the footsteps of main road. Those who plan to drive with own car must be cautious that the road can be closed for access. Also, there isn’t much room for parking. Our car ended up stopping at outer city and we had to take tuk tuk to the hotel. Avoid tempo or any large cars to the hotel, as there isn’t any room for parking. Each time we had to use our car, we had to take a tuk tuk to outer city and then use our car. Hence, plan in advance to avoid disappointment. It was completely inconvenient for us.

1. Restaurant staff made sure we get the yummy breakfast with excellent service. We were late for the breakfast they made sure we had everything. 2. Excellent location since Kashi Vishwanath temple, Kaal Bhairav temple are walkable distance. Also Vishwanath Misthan bandar food is awesome & I highly recommend for food lovers. location is safe too. 3. Hotel interior is beautiful.Room were neat & clean. I think hotel deserves a 4 star rating. 4. They have a little gym to explore which hardly 3 star hotels have which made my stay memorable.

Area of improvement: 1. House keeping no 400 don’t pick up calls. You have to call the reception for room service. I asked receptions for handtowel & glass one night & didn’t get it. Next morning again i called them still it didn’t come after 20 mins again I reminded them. 2. Three pin socket charging is not there near the bed. Only USB is there. 3. Wifi doesn’t work at all. 4. Tea was never upto the mark.

The property is located at the best place possible. It is located near 2 most important temples which are walking distance from the property

Charging sockets are located a bit far, apart from that, everything else was excellent

Amazing hospitality from the hotel staffs especially from the driver Vikas Pande, who took us to Gaya and Prayag Raj. Restaurent was very clean and the staffs are amazing. Overall a nice experience and worth the stay!

The front desk being the face of the hotel was very professional and well disposed towards tourists. I world like to congratulate the young lady and the gentleman for their courteous conduct all along. The rooms were quite spacious and bathroom was quite big and clean. The personal at the restaurant were equally forthcoming. The hotel is within walking distance from the ghat where evening Arti is done and 1.5 km from Kashi Vishvanath temple.

Location was good, varieties of vegetarian dishes in buffet breakfast.

Wifi not working at all, no provision for non veg breakfast, one elevator only working and the other is not working.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was right in the city center and close to the major attractions. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room size was good and fairly clean.

While overall the hotel was good, bathroom needed some repairs as it seems the hotel is old and hence require maintenance. The spread of the breakfast could be better.

Excellent breakfast, I really enjoyed the stay.

AC wasn't working properly. I requested a heater as it was winter which was denied

Breakfast was sumptuous . Yesterday on 11th December,22 we got late from darshan, they didn’t provide breakfast.

We r satisfied.

Manager was so kind and caring understood our prerequisite and allotment done accordingly

Reception is looking at the price we got the room. Not about the requisite mentioned during the booking, we picked for queen bed but she has allocated twin bed room
