Bedzz is 10-15 minutes away from sites for which one visits Varanasi -- Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Dashashwamedh Ghat. The staff are very supportive. One night we were to be late till almost the restaurant's closing time; they cooked our pre-ordered dinner just 30 minutes before our arrival so that we ate piping hot food. There is a lounge on the top floor where one can relax. The restaurant offers decent choice, and the food is flavourful.

The hotel is situated in a commercial complex, whose main entrance opens to the street. The lift to the hotel floors is just adjacent to the entrance. While there is a security guard at the entrance till late evening, there is none at night. The hotel must appoint a security guard for the night hours. The en-suite bathroom must have a grip in the bathing enclosure for elderly guests. The bathroom should have continuously running warm water.

We stayed in a room which was facing away from the streets so we were completely cut-off from the street noises and was peaceful. The room was fresh and linen were clean. Friendly staff. This place has an elevator which makes it elderly friendly.

As we wanted to visit the temple early morning, we had to take bath at 6 AM. Out of three days, we got hot water in the shower only on one of the days, in the morning. During the later part of the day, there is hot water. You need to inform the front desk and they put on the hot water geyser.

The hotel was excellent, very clean, and comfortable to stay. The wifi and air conditioning worked perfect. They let us check in early. The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the river and very close to shops, restaurants and supermarket.

A little noisy but we were staying in the room facing the street and the noise on the street is 24/7 (it is not a problem of the hotel itself). Consider staying in the other rooms or bring an earplug.

The location was by far, the best. Of course that being in the center of the city comes with more noise, but if you live in India you are used to it, if not it will be an adjustment. The staff was beyond kind. The room was comfortable, no mosquitoes, clean. Breakfast varies day to day, you have amazing veg Indian options to try, the staff there is super helpful, it is a veg restaurant. You will feel all the city vibe in the street in front, and you can walk to Ganges river in the morning easily.

The property is at a perfect location which allowed us to easily go around to the most beautiful places specially all Varanasi Ghats are at just 10 mins walk from this property. Bedzz is one of the best places to stay with all kinds of facilities and has very professional staff with excellent service. They are very friendly and punctual in every aspect.

Staff is very helpful, kind and accomodative. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and food is good but slightly pricey but its the only hygenic place closeby.

Surrounding area of the hotel is not very clean but the Hotel cannot do anything about it, so wouldnt really blame them. The locality itself is quite busy and not so clean.

Its clean,new,near to temple! Little noisy a night and value for money stay!

1)-No one to attend call for room service, water, tissue, towel, ac malfunction after 11pm night. (Neither reception Nor kitchen) 2)- Group of Local people Drinking Alcohol and Smoking and grossing at main entry gate of hotel! After shops are closed at 9pm onwards! It is Not Pleasant At all!

Bang on location! In the main city so everything you might want to do in Banaras is nearby. It’s clean property and the staff is super helpful. Must visit! We stayed in their deluxe room on the third floor. Even the tea they offer at the restaurant is fab!
