This place looks brand new and the aesthetics are really nice. The mountain view and sawa views are stunning. On the rooftop you can find also entertainment like playstation and soccer table. Definitely one of the most cleanest hotels you can stay. 2 access keys, many pillows no short cuts.

The indoor pool is cold as ice, the breakfast is kinda expensive for taste and range compared to similar priced hotels $15 for a 12y old is silly. Don't get a small female accident in bed cuz they ll charge you a new sheet. However this place is nice.

Absolutely loved it. Brand new hotel with great amenities and facilities. We stayed in the family room with 2 large beds. Very spacious, well lit and had everything we needed. Room and bathroom was clean and aircon was functioning well. We used the pool area.. well maintained pool. Gym has a few treadmills and weights. It also has a couple of cycling/climbing equipment and a large area for yoga/pilates. It was well maintained. We also went up to the 16th floor to get the view from the rooftop bar. It’s spectacular.. if you decide to stay here, you should definitely do that too. This facility also has a massive parking space, we parked our car here. Check-in process was very smooth and staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again. High speed internet (for ID standards) - best one ever for us.

A bit more variety on breakfast would have been awesome but the current spread is good enough for a hearty breakfast.

Room is very comfortable for a family 4. We check-in at night and the moment we woke up, we were surprised by the view! Nice view from our room. Very clean with daily clean up. Water bottles were also top-up daily. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My kids love the swimming pool. Will definitely be back if I come to Banyuwangi again!

Very helpful and hospitable staff. The room was clean and spacious, super comfortable bed, great view (I got one on the 8th floor with the ocean view). They had different main menu for breakfast each day and they were all delicious!

It could be quite noisy when guests going in and out of their rooms neighboring yours, but it's quite common. We also got a little problem with the electricity, but the staff responded promptly to it.

This is an amazing resort, with all the facilities you need. Also a great view on the vulcanoes, and you can even look over to Bali from the top floors. Different restaurants with good food and coffee (the breakfast is really an experience, a lot of good local delicacies). Spa and massage is also very relaxing

The miscommunication between the receptionists about the breakfast which was included in the room rate. The one who did the check-in informed that the breakfast would be delivered to the room with the limited menu from the hotel. The next day, the other receptionist informed that the breakfast was in the restaurant. It created inconvenience especially we’re on a honeymoon trip.

everything. lobby are stunning, the elevator are fast and less waiting time. room are very nice to stay, aminities are high quality and the view is superb. We are taking family room with twin bed for queen. it’s a pleasant to stay at here. there is panoramic lounge that is the fun for whole family we can enjoy playing game such as retro arcade game and playstation. the breakfast are extraordinary. love all the food

I loved everything about this hotel. great food, great location and excellent amenities. the beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are a good size with separate toilet and shower. the staff were very professional and looked after our every request.

It wasn't our first time at the Kokoon Hotel so our expectations were fully met. My compliments to the management and their team. The hotel is highly recommended.
