Really good and nicely located place. Staff is super friendly and the price actually includes daily breakfast which is crazy for the price. Rooms are clean although facilities are outdated. Pool is nice and relaxing and you never feel watched by others. AC works well.

If you are noise sensitive do not stay here, the mosque with prayers over loudspeakers many many times a day, including at 4am for minimum 30 minutes is really close, you will wake up guaranteed. Gets frustrating after a while. Wifi is not so good and mattresses feel a little cheap.

Stunning and clean room with a luxury feel, staff were lovely and bring breakfast to your room. Pool area was lovely too although smaller than I expected from the photos. Great location less than 10 minute walk from the harbour and 5 minutes to Main Street. Could rent a bike for 50,000 per day from the hotel.

Wifi didn't really work kept dropping in and out and wouldn't even connect on a laptop. Not the hotels fault but loud noises from nearby mosque loudspeaker and farms throughout the night (bring good earplugs and it was fine).

An amazing place and such good value for money! We stayed here for our honeymoon and arrived to a delicious welcome drink and our room decorated with beautiful flower petals. Room, bedding, towels etc smelt so nice and fresh. Loved having breakfast delivered to our balcony in the morning (the banana pancakes with chocolate were AMAZING!). Pool area was gorgeous and really appreciated the free water refill area in reception. Staff all very friendly. Would not hesitate to book again and would recommend to anyone visiting Gili Air! Thank you!

We struggled to find it after arriving at the port. Maybe we missed it but we didn’t see much signage along the main road like other places had done.

The facilities are great, the pool was cleaned daily. The room was clean and nice. The breakfasts were amazing (everything from eggs to waffles). The staff are super nice and were there to arrange our bike rental and laundry. Overall the stay was really good.

It is located near a mosque, and there are daily prayers, that are loudly played on a speaker. We were woken up everyday at 4 am, for a dawn prayer (that lasted even up to an hour). We know that this isn’t the property’s fault, but it gets really annoying, and the ear plugs don’t help. This was a big minus for us.

Staff were really helpful, with welcome drinks on arrival, taking our laundry and bringing our breakfast to our room on time everyday. Bikes on hire were great for getting around, the pool was lovely and the hotel cat was cute! Extremely good value for what you get

Nothing to do with the hotel at all but the local mosque was extremely loud on such a small island, and our first night there were prayers on a mega speaker throughout the night, it may of been good to have a warning as we were looking forward to a comfy nights sleep!

First of all, the staff were brilliant. They were so welcoming from the moment we arrived and not once did we see them without a smile on their face! They were always so happy and great for a little friendly joke and laugh. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the port, but is situated very nicely in a quiet spot. Its also only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The pool area was also great. Would highly recommend this place!

There was nothing we didn't like

We were completely blown away by this little hidden treasure! As soon as you walk into the hotel off the small dirt access road our breaths were taken away. A beautifully designed, small style hotel which leaves every room with a pool facing entrance. The very small walk to our room was one i’ll never forget, the aesthetics, the plants, the flowers, the little stepping stones to our room which truely left you feeling like you were on a small tropical island of paradise. Literally! The room was just perfect and had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was just indescribable, the shower has a square hole cut out so you can shower under the stars and really take in as much as Gili Air as you can. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better the lovely hotel staff asked as what we wanted for breakfast the night before and what time we wanted them to bring it to our room. We were able to choose two drinks each, and two breakfast meals each. All complimentary of the room cost. As if it isn’t obvious from the above, i couldn’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to get back there again already! 😋

The hotel is right in the center of Gili Air and is great regarding the accommodation. The pool area is quite and exactly as on the pictures. Our room had a bathroom with an outdoor shower and a toilet included. Hotel was great to relax and calm down. Lots of tours that can be booked. Good service and nice personal.

Animals around the hotel are quite noisy at night.

The staff made a huge difference in our stay, they made us feel at home, they were wonderful (I mean OUTSTANDING!!) with our kids, super friendly and we would come back just for them! The property is amazing too! A little heaven on Gili with so much character and warmth ❤️ we will 100% come back again! No mosquitoes, hot water, beautiful pools, cute bungalows, they got it all right! We’ve been looking to extend our stay and none of the (available) hotels were half as good. So book without a single hesitation!
