I liked the hotel very much. I specifically looked for a multi-story building rather than bungalows because I am afraid of insects. Here, there were no insects or lizards. The room was clean and spacious, with a normal ceiling and good sealing. Clean bed linen and a large comfortable bed. On the second floor, there was no humidity, no unpleasant odors in the room, and things dried very quickly on the balcony. I read reviews complaining about noise, which probably depends on the hotel's occupancy. During our stay, the hotel was half-empty and very quiet and peaceful.

The location was really perfect, a few minutes walk from the port with lots of nice places around to eat and shop. An easy walk to the beach for Sunset as well. Staff were all friendly and always said hello. Cleaning was offered every day. Nice pool and the room was modern, well equipped with a very comfy bed. Wifi was really good. Shower always had hot water. They refilled two large glass water containers every day so much better than water bottles. The manager also printed a document for me for free which was really nice

The tv had two remotes but no instructions, the safe was also locked so couldn't use it. However it wasn't a big deal so I didn't ask for help with these. There were some geckos in the room but that's normal for the climate and they do warn you. They mentioned bicycles for rent but when I asked they were broken at the time. Sometimes hard to find someone at the desk. However none of these things were serious and I would still stay here again

I've seen this in other reviews but the bathroom flooding when you shower is a pain as it stays flooded so you walk through water if you want the toilet. It's frustrating as it would be so easy to fix with a slightly raised area between the shower and rest of the room.

The new building is immaculately clean. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy. Perfect location for being near the port with lots of eateries and best sunrise view 10mins walk away. We are staying longer!

If you are someone that wants silence go elsewhere, people are here and have conversations. Walls are a little thin but didnt bother us as its quiet when it needs to be

Spacious room, water station to refill our bottles, huge bathroom with plenty of hanging area and Jeremy who was friendly and quick with his replies before and during our stay

No facial tissue in the room, wall a bit thin so can hear people talking, etc

The staff were incredible, so helpful and nice. The place is brand new, the rooms were big, bed comfy and the shower was amazing, great wi fi and a big fridge! We didnt really use the pool or loungers, but when we did they were clean and comfortable. Quick walking distance to the beaches and the main strip, 5 min walk from the harbour so in a great location.

Only thing is the hotel is behind the Kian 23 Caffe (not the b52 cafe) so we initially walked straight past it

Big clean room - we had one of the suites which has a living room and a big closet area. Staff were very friendly and the daily cleaning was excellent. It's not a particularly fancy establishment but it's successful at what it is trying to do.

The only gripe really is that breakfast is served at a café next door and wasn't great. The coffee was very bad. But food and drink are cheap and plentiful on GA so it's easy to find something else.

Hotel had a super location, many shops and restaurants around. Pool was nice and quiet so could have a swim. Rooms were very modern and clean with a safe which was easy to use. The staff were very friendly and chatty and couldn’t do enough for you, would definitely stay there again!

We had one night here due to the boats not running and I honestly wish we used this as our primary stay during our visit to Gili Air. The staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and well kept. It was just off the main area of Gili Air but you wouldn’t realise that as there was minimal sound and distractions around.

Beautiful place, clean bathrooms, excellent pool, friendly staff, couldn’t fault the place!!

Mosquitoes come on through the bathroom as it is open to the sky, however just keep the door closed and you should be fine!
