Beautiful place on a beautiful island, Cantika Villa was a place that fit our needs perfectly for our stay. It was clean, spacious and felt homely. The pool was a nice size for the two of us and there were bikes to rent at 50,000IDR per person per day which was really handy to get around the island. The bed was comfy and the air con was good, which we definitely needed in the heat! The best part about this place and it is truly quite special is by far the staff, in particular Thony. He was informative, helpful beyond need (carried a suitcase on a bike back to the port on departure?!!) and just genuinely kind. People like Thony enhance a holiday 10 fold and that’s exactly what it did for us. We massively appreciate him and the team!

The wifi was quite poor in the room, although other rooms may be different! And just as pure feedback to Cantika, a light would be helpful on the bikes for nighttime! gets a bit hairy biking back in the dark!

Cantika Villa is absolutely wonderful! Set in a quiet location, the Villa is perfect for relaxing. Our room was clean, well presented and so spacious. Beds were clean and comfortable - I slept on the sofa bed downstairs for 5nights and it was AMAZING! Bathroom was super clean and fully functioning, fluffiest towels provided too. Outdoor pool area was clean and well maintained. Loved having a bit of shade over the pool for afternoon dips. The breakfast provided is lovely, fresh juices, eggs done to perfection, great local coffee. There are also some wonderful restaurants close by..My House (delivery provided), Jali Kitchen around the corner. The main street is an easy 5min bike ride away for a larger selection of services, restaurants, cafes, shops, tours etc The staff at Cantika Villa are super special too. There are good staff, then there’s Jack, Thony, Zane, Haykal and Erik. These guys are seriously the best! Friendly, funny, talented, helpful and so good at providing the one thing a Villa cannot…beautiful personalities. We love you guys! My search for the perfect private Villa in Gili T is over, Cantika Villa is the one!

The property was clean, spacious and private. We loved having our own pool. the property is shielded from the other villas so no one can overlook into your pool area which was very nice for a Muslim couple. the staff was so helpful and helped us find somewhere to do scuba-diving and helped us rent kayaks and even personally took us to the place to hire them. The room was cleaned daily and we were provided with new water. we were able to rent bikes for only 50 K per day and that meant we could get everywhere we needed to be on the island in five minutes. Would recommend this property to everyone we had an amazing time.

The mood lighting, and the quality of the villa was nice. The boys who serviced the villa would give us fresh towels every 2nd day and wash up our cups from the morning which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the location as it was pretty central to the hustle and bustle (party side) and the west side for sunset. Our hotel manager Thony was amazing and we thankyou for helping us, he helped book our boat back to the Bali and gave us the best direction of travel. Also he came on the sunset snorkel tour with us and made it a great experience. Thanks for looking after us, we hope to come back.

The Villa didn't have any fans inside (was expecting drake) but it does have air-conditioning so that saved us. Also no food onsite apart from breakfast, which we didn't end up trying. Just something to keep in mind if you want a rest day by the pool there is no food. The food next door at Jali was amazing quality and flavour.

The included breakfast was delicious and abundant. They were able to allow me early check-in which was wonderful. The villa itself was huge, well accommodated, very attractive, and thoroughly enjoyable. The private pool was an absolute delight to have. I regret that I was only on Gili T for one night. I would easily spend a week or more here. The bed was a dream for comfort.

The water glasses in the room weren't all that clean. Aside from that minor factor, which I could have easily fixed all on my own, there's nothing I'd ask to be improved upon.

My partner and I stayed in the green room – we enjoyed it so much we asked to extend an extra day. The pool was so clean and refreshing after a big day of cycling around the island. The bed was so big and comfy that I didn't even notice my partner getting in and out of bed, Our typical breakfast was banana and chocolate crepe, plate of fruit, lombok coffee and 2 banana smoothies. Our room was cleaned daily and there's a plate of fruit waiting for us when we got back from our adventures. The staff were professional and friendly and banter with us every day. Bikes were available to rent which made getting around the island so quick and easy. It's located 20min walk from the ferry terminal. The last 450m is dirt road but it's compact enough to drag your suitcase. It's far enough away from bars and clubs so its dead quiet at night. Jali kitchen, pharmacy and cat cafe are all around the corner. Turtle beach is 450m at the end of the street.

This stay was exceptional. The staff were always so kind and helpful. It was in a good location away from any loud noises from the Main Street. The pool and outdoor area was my absolute favourite part, I liked that you could swim in the pool in the shade as someone who is fair skinned but also could swim in the sun. I was slightly concerned about the noise from the mosque due to other reviews but it was barely auditable when inside and definitely didn’t wake me in my sleep. The lighting was amazing, everything was thought out very well. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Gili T.

It is about a 20min walk from the pier. That’s the only negative I can really think about and it wasn’t that big of a deal, just something to be aware of. The staff will collect bikes for you to rent so it’s super easy to get around the island.

The villas are portrayed accurately to the pictures. You enter the property via the hotels reception area. The villas are terraced together. The downstairs area of the villa has a small living room with basic seating and a small tv. the bathroom is spacious with a shower that has good water power and heat to your liking. The upstairs is the bedroom with a big comfy bed and cute lighting. The pool area is nice and mostly private. The location is good, with a short bike ride to the beach. the bikes you can hire at the villa for a cost. Very close to a restaurant and a convenience store. The location and property seemed safe. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They introduce themselves and are reachable throughout the day and night. Any problems or requests they are happy to help. The staff are excellent here.

As in most places in Indonesia and south east Asia the local people burn and often there is a strong smell of smoke.

The hotel is spacious, has two levels with a bed in each, and a single bathroom. It also has a massive pool (which our daughter couldn’t get enough of) in the beautiful patio and backyard decorated with bougainvilleas. The staff, especially Jack and Tony, are very helpful: efficient, courteous and professional. The hotel is on a quiet side street off the main beachside thoroughfare, yet has a quick access to it (6m walk). Very highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike here.

It’s a little slice of paradise with such amazing attention to detail. The bed is honestly the best I have ever slept in and I’ve done many a so called ‘5 star’ hotel. The fact you have the pool which is partially shaded was perfect for me. It’s about 5mins max from the beach front, so only noises are the wilderness, prayer calls and the bells of passing horse carriages.

Only issue is I couldn’t work the jets on the pool, but that is me trying to find a fault, which was not an issue to be honest.
