Excellent pool and sunset views in a peaceful location. Can easily spend a day at the cabanas poolside. Friendly staff. Eco friendly refillable water bottles in room. Definitely worth getting breakfast included - it’s good and there are not so many options nearby.

The rooms while quite new are already showing some wear & tear - the door to the outside bathroom wouldn’t close (warped wood) and the latch fell off. Our body soap was empty on arrival, had to request a refill. Also mosquitos can’t be helped especially with an outdoor bathroom, but they like to all hide in the cane storage baskets inside and out of the room - should try to treat these to keep them away!

My husband and I were at kardia for 4 days on our honeymoon. Kardia is in a quieter part of the island where you can see incredible sunsets with live music every day. When we arrived we went straight to a welcome drink and immediately noticed the friendliness of the entire staff. We booked breakfast included and it was great, there was a lot of choice and we liked everything we ordered. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and it was equally great. There are options for all tastes, including vegetarian options. We stayed in a suite with pool access, wonderful! Waking up and being able to take a dip in water with a comfortable temperature was amazing. Our room and bathroom were always clean. We recommend it and hope to do it again one day!

Room was great and our ocean view was perfect Breakfast was really good and plenty of choice Pool was great and good to watch sunset from if you got a seat Check in and out was really easy and some helpful staff As we stayed for 6 nights we had a free massage which was really good

One small thing was we were given a free meal as we stayed for 6 nights but did not feel very welcome when we took it Guy who offered it us would not let us book a table to use it when we went back to see him and we had to sit on uncomfortable seats with no lift to see what we were eating Maybe do not offer this if do not want people to take it ?

Excellent location. Lots of swimming pools. Pools were not overcrowded. The hotel had regular free entertainment. E. G fire dancing. Great place to view the beach at sunset from. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and had good English skills.

The aircon wasn’t as good as we would like (but we like a really cold room). Some things in the rooms were starting to deteriorate. E.g the bathroom sink has a crack in it. The electric lights were also a bit unreliable and didn’t always work. It is impossible to dry your togs. So maybe a towel rack or something on the patio would help. It seemed to take a long time for our room to be serviced each day. On the worst day it didn’t get serviced until around 4pm. Water for the room is provided in reusable glass bottles. We assumed that it was filtered water but it would be good if they included an explanation which confirmed this.

We have fallen in love with this place! 100% sure we will be back here one day… Everything here is perfect, rooms are taking good care not only during the day, but even they prepare everything for the night, the food is very delicious, location/interior is very romantic, the staff is amazing (missing you all already), they always helped us with questions, recommendations, arranged needed transports very professionally, etc. We truly had an amazing time here while being in Gili T, felt like home! Wanted to say thank you once again for everything, will be missing… Judita and Teo!

it was away from the main area which was lovely and quite but wasn’t too far that you felt you weren’t experiencing Gili T. Only a 10 minute cycle into the main area. The hotel got the bikes sorted for us which was great. our room was lovely and clean. pool was so relaxed and the staff there were lovely.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed as if we were family and the bond grew stronger every day making it very hard to leave. The staff felt like friends and treated you the same. We wanted to give everyone of them a hug for making our stay so memorable. Facilities were perfect and well maintained. If there was an issue it was resolved straight away. We will be there again very soon because it will be hard to choose anywhere else. The location was perfect for us. Away from the busy areas of the island however if you needed to get to somewhere it was only a short bike ride away (bikes are available to hire from the resort). The bar/restaurant served beautiful meals and had a selection for everyone. The fire dancers on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays were amazing to watch. There was acoustic live music every night & got everyone involved. The sunsets… well what more could you want (facing west). This is a truly beautiful property and I would not have any hesitation in recommending it to anyone. A very special place!! Very sad to leave :(

The people who run this place are some of the nicest and most amazing people I've ever met.I can't express enough how much I loved my stay here. From morning to night every single staff member was super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place! The food was one of the best we got on the island, the location is perfect, close to some really nice restaurants and bars but far enough out to be quiet. The pool and room were also amazing. I never leave reviews but I have never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a hotel in my life. Thanks again to the team at Kardia, hopefully I will be back to visit again one day.

Wifi would cut out every now and then.

Kardia is a wonderful newly built resort on the west side of Gili T. The Resort itself is very nice and perfect for those looking to be in a slightly less busy part of the Gili Islands. You could spend all day here with the Pool (with swim up bar) looking over the beach and towards the sunset. Quiet and relaxing side of the island meant it was the perfect place to relax and chill. Great Honeymoon destination The rooms are spacious and clean, bed was large and comfortable and the bathrooms were awesome too ! The staff were amazing and super helpful. Wifi was okay - breakfast options were good (recommend including in your booking) Can hire bikes from right outside - made it easier to get around - particularly if you wanted to eat on the other side of the island, although there are still many options close to Kardia Fire dancing, live music and of course great sunsets right from the resort!

Beautiful hotel, it’s like being in the Carribean, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the rooms are separate building away from the restaurant so it’s nice and quiet. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they sorted our bike rental, laundry, snorkelling trip. Whatever we needed they sorted for us. The food in the restaurant is delicious, best on the island, we ate here most lunch times and dinner times. Every evening there is an acoustic singer at the hotel and you can watch the sunset while listening to this which we loved. Overall loved our stay, hotel is beautiful and staff were so lovely. The hotel is absolutely amazing, so romantic and relaxing for a couples holiday. It’s on the far side of the island so perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset.

Just the breakfast. There was plenty of choice and coffee was amazing, we were impressed we could order an oat flat white! But the breakfast was sometimes overcooked. Only a small issue and definitely didn’t affect how much we loved our stay!
