The rest of my stay has been pleasant with very efficient and attentive staff.

The 3-legged stool in the room is a safety hazard it's not stable and both of us fell off it twice! Please consider to change it as this would pose danger to more fragile guests. The twin room although spacious, is still an inconvenient layout especially if housekeeping wants to get to the curtains they would have to step ON the bed before they can reach it! This is really unhygienic!

The room is quite comfy and tidy. Love the pool. Breakfast is very good and also the room dining is also good. Location for sure is the best!!!!

Breakfast is good but there was some confusion with the waiters on my 2 last day breakfast cause they said it need to be paid but i've already booked the room include breakfast, my 1st breakfast there is no issue. So, I think between the Front Office and Vong Kitchen there still some issue that need to be improved with system and coordination.

Around 8/9 PM, the same receptionist that gave me the wrong unit number came to my room & say sorry for his mistake. He then gave me a plate full of fruits as a token for his apologize. As for the unit, it was incredible. The room is very clean nor comfy. Such a good experience.

At first, the receptionist gave us the wrong access card for the wrong unit. It was supposed to be for 912, but we were told that the unit was 812. The receptionist also wrote 812 on the card cover. We were confused as we tried to open the door on 812 with 912's access card. When I go down to the lobby & meet another officer (which seems to be his superior), I was told that the card was supposed to be for 912, and he help me to bring my luggage from 8th level to 9th level. So exhausting!

The staff were so efficient and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had all the space I needed. Location was perfect as it was close to all my meetings and work places.

the room was squeaky clean, the design is cool and we really like the bathroom. the service was great, there are a lot of restaurants in the building that we can order from room service.

nothing except the price was very expensive, but it's understandable since it is located in the center business area in Jakarta

Sounds trivial but a little bit disappointed that I couldn’t watch Netf**x using the tv. I understand that this is a more business hotel but I think watching streaming service through the tv is super common and important nowadays.

The hotel was much better than I thought it was going to be. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent also.

The location is very good. Right in front of Big shopping mall. Room service was very tasty, I strongly recommend it.

I couldn't use the beautiful swimming pool, be afraid of COVID 19 I'm so sorry about it.

Great facility, friendly staffs, comfortable bed, perfect location to explore coffee shops, restos, nightlife and shopping.

The pool was open for public for a baby swimming course so it wasn’t very pleasant to see that many people especially during the pandemic
