Century Park Hotel

The rooms are the same as always, clean and good. There is hot water shower, even a bath. the controls for the aircon actually works and controls the temperature well. Bed is very comfortable and nice. The layout of the bedroom is very good.

The toilet is really in need of a make over. it is old and poorly layed out. The bath tub is a nice addition, but not well placed. The toilet is too close to the toilet paper holder, so when you're on the throne, your shoulders are just pushed against the toilet paper holder. Bidet shower is old and should be changed, preferably with a washlet toilet seat. but there needs to be a better way to rebuilt the toilet. The breakfast is also very limited, maybe because it's fasting month, but still it's not as well packed as it usually was.

staff were very helpful and very friendly. good location, walking distance to Istora Senayan, shopping malls & public transport. comfortable beds, we slept like a baby. room very clean & spacious. they change bed linens & towels everyday. please provide some hanger as the room that we stayed did not provide any closet. breakfast was okay. they change some of the menu everyday. if you’re planning on attending any events at the stadium nearby, this hotel is the best choice! book early as they tend to be full house on almost every weekend.

toilet need to be upgraded, very old condition. wc seat were broken.

We like the city view from the suite's windows, the kitchen utensils are sufficient.. We love the location.... and also the staffs are helpful and kind.

Century park hotel recently got taken over by Artotel. Was rather old when I visited, might get better if Artotel is planning to renovate. Location was great for my purposes, about an hour away from Airport. Malls within walking distance

Rooms were old, floorboards broken and there was some construction noise coming from the floor above us.

Hotel staff is super friendly! we managed to check in and check out with no hassle and when it was raining, we were able to borrow an umbrella from the concierge. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained! The bed is super comfy and big and there is a couch provided in the room as well. The room is more than enough for 4 adult which is nice. The bathroom is clean, the shower pressure is good and the hot/cold temperature works fine! Location is awesome as its so nearby a mall (a few minutes walk!) and you can easily access a grocery store, a food place, pharmacy and all that you need in the mall. It's a pretty quiet area which we appreciate.

The breakfast buffet could definitely be improved! My suggestion would be to include a lot more western cuisine options and make sure the food quality is good! We tried a few dishes and it was disappointing to say the least. Next, please place a lot more staff in your check in and check out counter! There was a huge line while I was gonna pass my hotel room key to them and that took some time especially since we were rushing.

The location is superb. Right in the city center, very close to the main stadium of GBK and other sport facilities, big malls (PS, Sency and FX). Accessible with public transportation including MRT, Transjakarta, etc. Many varieties of breakfast both american and continental, especially Indonesia foods.

The room furniture is a bit old since the hotel is quite old as well.

Good location in central Jakarta. Very close to mall, supermakets and food court. Staff are friendly. The hotel is a little old but well-maintained.

Isolation not so good so I can hear the voices outside the room. The Curtain can not block the lights well so easy wake up early in the morning.

the location was great and the staff were good

it is not geared for adult international travelers—meaning there was not a bar or anyplace near-by for adults to enjoy cocktails. only a limited amount of beer and wine was on hand and despite them saying in literature that there is a bar there— there is none. In that regard it felt very old fashioned. Yogyakarta on the other hand caters to western travelers much more.

- the king size bed is super comfy, with 4 amazing pillows. - the bathub is our favorite feature of this room

- elevator queue took forever - during check in, I asked the receptionist for in room breakfast, considering it's still pandemic and the hotel was fully occupied during new year holiday, I'm not feeling comfortable to have it in the restaurant. But she didnt accomodate it, and said they can't deliver the bfast to our room, and asked us to have it in restaurant instead. Next morning I called the restaurant and asked to deliver the bfast to our room, and they agree. So it's not that they can't deliver it, it's about whether the front office staff have the will to manage it or not.
