It is very conveniently located to BNI Baru station connecting by airport train. Also BNI city is convenient to use MRT new railway system and local KAI train station. Rooftop restaurant was offering food and drink with reasonable prices with wonderful view. Room seemed a little bit small but well organized. I felt like the sense of the room of French "Esprit" and supplying water was not by plastic bottle but with water jar provided at the corridor. It was very eco friendly.

There is not so much space at the lobby, but it was OK.

I had a very nice stay here. Reception allowed me to check in early, which was most appreciated after a long flight from Europe. A nice touch, was an ATM in the lobby. You didnt need to search the streets for a bank. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the Indonesian choices. The rooftop breakfast was very nice. I suggest you go early to avoid crowds. I went at 7am everyday and it was quiet. And lastly, this hotel is great value for money spent

Not the fault of the hotel, but I didnt enjoy the out of control children cartwheeling in the lobby barefoot, whilst their parents were either glued to their phones, or staring blankly at the ceiling. It was the same at malls and airports. Children are not controlled or disciplined.here. Wore me out.

Great location if you want to take the airport train to the city (which is highly recommended over relying on taxis in Jakarta traffic). Nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast with both local and Western options. Drinking water dispensers on every floor. Ironing facilities available for guests in a special room.

Somewhat strange design of bathroom - though it had everything necessary, it was basically only ventilated through the sleeping room itself.

Mrt users will find this place very convenient. Being in thamrin, it's close to the 2 high end malls, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The view from the restaurant and bar bar up top is a place I find myself often to relax. The neighborhood is as lively as some but you can still find food around no worries. The bed is decent in terms of comfort. After all the walking around, it's not a problem to fall asleep.

Water pressure might be a little weak for some.

Room was nice, location was great, and staff are very friendly. The price I paid for the value I got is quite impressive, considering the location that is very central and convenient.

Cleanliness for public facilities could be improved and some room or other facilities looked like it was quite run down (such as shower tiles, shower room, and rooftop restaurant)

This is my regular stay in JKT. First time back since early 2020. It didn't feel as well maintained as before but I'll still come back. I really love the location - great for GI and the airport train as well as some really good food options on the street.

The rooms were meant to be next to each other (and normally joined by a privacy door) and was going to be a highlight for my 9yo son who loved the idea of 'his own room'... but the rooms were on the 3rd and 8th floor... so that was disappointing. The breakfast buffet used to be a little more impressive too, but not this time. They'd changed things around a little in terms of lay-out but felt like there was less choice.

The sell point of this hotel is the view in the rooftop.other than that,it Will be the same as other hotel,while they do not provide swimming pool as well.

I think breakfast menu need to be upgraded and variety need to expand.probably by providing local cake,and the fruit stall as well.

Everything...location really handy..easy access..staffs were very helpful and nice..the foods was excellent!! Especially room dining..which we kept ordered and mostly more than what we expected!

Bathroom need updating, a bit dirty here and there...it will be nice to have a full toilet glass door up to the top for privacy while using it.. The sky bar needs a bit of work on the flooring also benches need some work ...

great location, close to MRT and food stalls including coffee outlets - GM, Manager Operational, Banquet Sales staff were responsive to my complaints and made a very good service recovery. Day 2 services were great!!

Services (banquet operational) were a bit slow - nobody tended to the venue during the coffee break, lunch, etc - function room was closed locked during lunch and it took 20 mins after 1 hr of lunch before the room was unlocked, to my disappointment the room's refreshments were not refilled and the room had not been cleaned up. Operational Engineer response can be improved. They need more service excellence training.

The room with a nice city view ...breakfast with various choices of delicious meals ...amazing and friendly staffs ... thank you to Front desk manager for his kindest welcome upon our arrival

The bathroom lay out and amenity ... the glass transparent door without a key lock is a bit inconvenient if you're staying with family and young kids. The wash basin is a bit weird to be placed outside the bathroom as people can see you while brushing your teeth and the water from tab were splashed all over the bowl sink
