It's been a while since my last trip to Jakarta back in year 2018 and i didn't get a chance to visit again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This time i managed to pay a short trip to Jakarta and decided to find an accommodation nearby Bundaran HI and Grand Indonesia. Fortunately i found this hotel which is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is still new and you would expect that the room facilities are still in a very good condition as well. Regarding the location, this hotel is just a stone throw away from the famous Grand Indonesia Mall. The mall can be seen directly from my room. Not to mention all attractions are within walking distance from this hotel as well such as MRT, Transjakarta Bus Station, Thamrin City Mall, Plaza Indonesia. If you are street foods lover, there a lots of street food vendors along the Thamrin road just a few minutes walk from this hotel. I really had a great time staying at this hotel and looking forward to choose this hotel again in the future.

The hotel only provides one access card for every room which can be pretty inconvenient for hotel guess who shares the room with other family member or friend. Furthermore Jakarta weather is hot and humid and we would expect to return to our room from outside with the air condition switched on but as i mentioned earlier there is no way the electricity in the room can be turn on without the card. Otherwise issuing an extra card just for electricity in the room would be appreciated.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Clean hotel room clean environment. I can't believe there were negative comments. It's 3 stars, you get what you pay for. Will stay there again should I go jakarta

Only one room key for 2 occupants

The staff is very helpful, the hotel well located (10min walk to the train station connecting with the airport line, close to bus stop). Breakfast doesn't seem to be provided but the hotel is 2 min away from a mall (Grand Indonesia) which has a huge food court. Overall, the rooms seem to have been recently refreshed, they are spacious and clean, and look just like the pictures.

The bathroom was very good with a good pressure of water. The table with 2 chairs was good placed and the sight from outside was excellent. The appropriate color of light gives the room a romantic atmosphere. The many sockets were well placed and the refrigerator was perfection.

There's nothing bad to write about it.

Shower floor should be abit lower to prevent water from flooding the while toilet area & shower curtain hanging too high that does not stop water from splashing to other toilet area….

We were only staying 1 night so the location was very convenient right across the street from Grand Indonesia Mall. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities, air condition, kettle, etc.

The coffee mugs were not that clean and the bathroom sink was draining very slowly.

Location, very close to shops. Very polite staff. Room was cleaned everyday.

Wifi is not working properly. Almost didn’t work at lobby. I had to ask staff to fix it, so every time it took some time to reconnect. Thanks staff, they were helpful

The hotel is just beside Grand Indonesia Mall and within walking distance to Thamrin City. Reasonable hotel if you prefer to be near amenities.

That they do not provide breakfast.

Towels didn't smell fresh and didn't dry your body very well after a shower. To the owners - consider changing your linen company
