WE LOVEDTHE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL VERY FRIENDLY. WELCOME US AND GAVE BALLOON AND CHOCOLATE TO OUR KID AS WE ARRIVED CHECK IN & OUT SUPER FAST I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE AN SPECIAL THANKS TO (Robby & Aer) THEY WERE SERVING US EVERY MORNING AT BREAKFAST AREA AND LOOK AFTER US TREAT US LIKE VIP LOBBY AREA SMELL VERY NICE POOL AREA BIG AND CLEAN AMAZING SPECIALS AREA FOR KIDS TO PLAY AT POOL

I WENT DOWN TO HAVE MY BREAKFAST 2ND DAY AND I WAS WEARING SLEEVELESS T-SHIRT THEN THE MANAGER CAME TO MY TABLE AND SAID THAT GUEST CAN ONLY WEAR SLEEVELESS AT WEEKEND'S I WAS SO SHOCKED ABOUT THAT RULE IN HOTEL AFTER WE FINISHED OUR BREAKFAST THEY GOT US A SMALL APOLOGIES CAKE BECAUSE THEY KNOW I FELT BAD ABOUT IT

The pool was exceptional because there was a water playground, 3 lifeguards, and floaties. Service was also great

The check in could have been quicker especially because i already booked through booking.com and i didn’t understand why they needed to see my husband’s ID and my kids’ birthdays (the reception took a photo of their IDs). Both my kids are still very young (grade school & kindergarten) so it was very obvious they were young and needed to stay in the same room as parents

Breakfast and dinner buffet with huge variety of food and good quality. Room very quiet. No noise from cars or room service. Thick carpets and good windows help for noise-cancelling. Room service staff polished my shoes and gave me listerine. Restaurant staff is very friendly and they remembered my name the other days although there are many guests. Good gym for a hotel and sauna and cold pool and hot jaccuzzi too. Outdoor swimming pool is nice too.

Nice hotel with the expected Shangri-La standards. (like beautiful woodwork in the elevators, for instance.) All the staff is very friendly and helpful even trying to anticipate your needs. The room was also without any complaints - good size, nice view, comfy bed, huge desk table, extra sitting area, nice bathroom with tub and shower separately. The breakfast buffet has so many options that one would need a week to try it all out. (and the quality is also very high.)

Nothing, really.

The room was great with a bathtub. The bathrobe and slippers were very comfortable. Free drinking water was provided in generous amounts. What was under rated I would say is the ease of controlling the air-conditioning. So many other hotels use a very ineffective thermostat like control which in my experience, is not the best to use.

Amenity kit could've been better if there was cotton pads. The hairdryer air funnel was broken so it couldn't stay attached but i'm just nitpicking at this point. The bed was more towards the stiff side.

everything :) to pick one it is d exceptional staff attention from the lobby to Satoo to swimming pool to room service, luar biasa, my children were spoilt and my wife felt comfortable. We had an incredible weekend stay to celebrate my 1yo turning 2yo :) on his second birthday in Satoo during brekkie the staff lead by Pak Dedi Supriyadi provided a nice surprise for my 2yo :) omg! my son was blown away he became became so malu :) ..... the staff in Satoo very attentive not just the unplanned birthday cheers but just in general, so friendly good. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Pak Dedi & your Satoo team.

nothing for me to nit-pick.....

I mostly liked the staff, and all of them were helpful and always smiling. Nova and Ben of BATS were too friendly and lovely. I can not forget Refina she made me feel home. Every day, she will ask how my day was and if I have done any interesting things. I definitely will come back to shangri-la.

No barbershop 😢

Staff are friendly, helpful and responded fast when I needed something, the room is clean, amenities are enough, breakfast totally excellent and delicious. 10-20 minutes to go to Grand Indonesia Mall by car (depends on the traffic)

The access to go there is a bit difficult because of the traffic, the view from the room not so good. But overall good and I have no complaints.

Nice spacious rooms with awesome facilities and amenities.

Difficult to walk around the vicinity..have to take a taxi/cab even to malls that are within a walking distance. Once you are inside, you can only get out by taxi......could not experience any normal city walk coz the vicinity is just congested with motorbikes and taxis with no room for pedestrian walks.

Shangri-la has set a very high standard for staying comfortability and customer services Miss Sheena personally has been so helpful in preparing surprise for our daughter’s birthday, even arranging a vegan cake I’m so grateful for her&her team♥️ We have a wonderful time during our staycation and impressed by the cleanliness all over the area The swimming pool and kids waterpark are very nice, and not forget to mention the lifeguard who was sprightly helping me and my daughter when we’re almost drowned 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you shangri-la Will come back for sure!
