Very comfortable executive suite. The hotel accommodated our party of 4 with the requested adjoining rooms which made all the difference for us. The pool and spa and breakfast were really good. We all loved the selection and quality of food at breakfast. The staff were all helpful and always smiling. The bathroom situation was also very nice with options for both shower and bath. The location was very nice as was the views from the hotel. Lobby was clean and lively.

There was a big wedding party at the hotel when we stayed and although it was not an issue with it being very busy, it was inconvenient that we had no access to the jimbaran garden. It meant that if you didn't want to sit in your room, you had to stay in the lobby part which was very congested with all the wedding guests. The pool towels are in need of changing, all discoloured and tired looking it really let's down the place. Late check out options would have been welcomed as an international guest with 17+hours onwards travel we would have appreciated the gesture. Also, the room size was a bit of a squeeze, we had the executive twin room yet there was space only for one suitcase to be opened. One armchair...it's little attentions like this that took away from the experience.

All are well setup, clean, all kinds of food in nice indoor-outdoor restaurant, romantic, bar with nice circle design, comfort seats, pool available for adults and kids. Friendly staffs. Great stay!

Slow and took long time to get taxi. Staff knowledges of local availability or touring. When ask for something like half-day tour, one day tour, there was no information helped.

Yummy food.. i wish i could try all of your menus.. i love your sushi..cold soba.. tomyum fried rice..bulgogi beef.. happy tummy thank you. . The most beautiful lobby lounge area of any 5* hotel in Jakarta. Everything else was within expectations of a hotel of this category. We loved and appreciated the weekend activities for kids.

Limited restaurant options in the hotel proper but few good collaborating restaurants at the basement (we liked the Japanese place)

Solid option for a staycation or a business trip. The kids’ club was fun.

Maybe the breakfast selection could be improved a little, especially the western offering. The mattress was a tad too soft for my back, but my wife had a great sleep.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast buffet had expansive selections. Kids club had many activities.

Illustrations of topless women in the bathrooms, they were inappropriate and unnecessary, especially we were travelling with young children.

Thank you very much, Ayana to give complimentary birthday cake for my daughter.. It was good presentation as well as delicious as always.. Always love to stay here and surely get back in the next staycation.. Providing clean facilities.. Great bath amenities as I used to have so I do not have to bring any :). Last but not least, the ping pong board made my kids love this hotel more than before.. Another rides to play in the hotel.. Keep up the good work, all the staff! Will see you again!

Breakfast's price is somehow expensive

the pillows are too bulky, doesnt feel really comfortable for me. swimming pool bit old and too crowded during my stay.

The location of the hotel and friendliness of the hotel cares was absolutely fantastic

The new tar road near the hotel main entrance where there is a small pump. I would suggest hotel to at least to put an indication so that either vehicles or people can pass thru properly. I nearly fell because of the uneven road surface.

Good dining option in the hotel. Friendly staff. A few staff in restaurants offer recommendation to me proactively
