I recommend anyone that has an overnight layover in Jakarta to use this hotel for a good rest and less hectic transit. My stay, although short, but was very comfortable and I didn't need to rush in the morning for the 6 am domestic flight. There are food options very close to the hotel if one needs a late night meal. The only downside is the transfer from other Terminals to Terminal 1 after 9/10 pm. The connecting train stops operating and the airport shuttle system is not easy to locate or understand for non-Indonesian speakers. It would be good if the hotel can provide clear instruction for guests how to go to Terminal 1A. I stayed at the same hotel in Terminal 3 before and although the one at Terminal 3 is newer, this one at Terminal 1 is more comfortable.

Because I only stayed for less than four hours a night when I transferred to Bali in Jakarta, I booked this hotel in Terminal 1 before departure. As a result, when I got off the plane in Terminal 3, I looked for this hotel everywhere and asked about 10 staff members. Some of them told me that I could get there on foot, and some told me that I had to take a taxi. Finally, I knew that there was also this hotel in Terminal 3, but we booked for Terminal 1. Anyway, if you leave in Indonesia, this hotel is the best hotel for overnight stays. You can walk 5 minutes to the departure hall. It's very convenient. It's just that there is no elevator. You need to carry your luggage to the second floor.

They upgraded me to a superior room for free. I came around 2 AM and was super tired, but the staff helped me take my luggage upstairs. The facilities are just enough for a short stay while waiting for our next flight. They provided 2 bottled water, a water heater, tea, sugar, and coffee. They also provided me with clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. I slept for around 6 hours without any distraction and woke up refreshed.

Only the location that is upstairs and no lift to bring our luggage. But the staff is happy to help so it wasn't a big problem.

We needed a place to stay because we had a late flight from Medan and our flight back home was the next day in the morning. This was the cheapest from the airport hotels and most convenient. We were in Indonesia for 20 days and this was the best hotel. We couldnt stay more because we ran out of time but if we had more time we would definetly stay here. Great wifi, great watter preasure, amazing beds, amazing staff and they even have a small snack bar. They even have a kettle in each room. I had the best flight back home because i woke up 2.5h before my flight, took a shower, made tea, packed all my stuff and has a 10min free train to terminal 3

I really liked that in this tiny room without a window, for little money, there was everything you needed, including 0.5 water, a kettle, tea and a toothbrush with paste. I hadn't planned to stay, but the flight was rescheduled for the morning, so I didn't have any of the essentials. I found everything I needed in the room. toilet and shower are fully equipped. Staff is polite and pleasant. Not rich, but very clean and comfortable. (I had almost the cheapest option, only the chair was cheaper)

The hotel was very clean and everything you need really for one night sleep at the airport. The air conditioning was working and I could set the temperature I wanted. Hot water in the shower. At terminal 1 so if you fly from there it’s perfect. I took an air train to get from terminal 3 to terminal 1 around 10pm and it was still running.

The room was tiny, but as I said enough for one night.

At first I was sceptical but upon checkin the concierge was super nice and gave me all the information I needed for my transit.l the next morning. Also, eve though the the room was super small, I have to say the bed and facilities were adequate with the exception of the wall isolation, as you can hear your neighbors really well when they are coughing or taking a shower. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and stress free stay thanks to its location, literally next to gate 1A where the domestic flights arrive and you claim your luggage.

while being in transit this hotel serves all the basic things you need. the rooms are big enough and clean. The hotel has an excellent price quality ratio. whilst being truly on the terminal 1 platform I did not hear a single plane, mainly because terminal 1 does only serve domestic flights and these do not fly between approx 01:00-6:00

when you want to go to sleep early (because you need to get up early in the night to catch your flight) the hotel can be quite noisy with people crossing the corridors, kids shouting etc.

Chair was comfortable and staff brought a blanket and neck pillow - so had a comfortable few hours sleep in a private cubicle. Highly recommended if you are on a budget and need a few hours sleep before or after a flight. Located right in the Terminal 1 and close to the Skytrain. Plenty of restaurants around, some open late.

Bathroom/toilet was a fair distance away

The facility good for budget travel. Although there is no elevator during my stay (may 2024), but the staff (Mr Yanto & coworkers) is nice, responsive and patient enough to helping me going upstairs. I’m a wheelchair user btw.

Maybe they need to make an elevator in the future . But I understand that is currently no space for it.
