Super easy to get by as this is inside the Terminal 3, and recommend when you have a long layover in Jakarta. From the hotel, you can take elevator to parking where Grab taxi waiting spot is. This will make your life easy to get around the city while you are waiting for your connecting flight. Food • Had a continental buffet with a good spread, which was arranged in the main restaurant. • In room dining is possible. Accommodation • We got a deluxe room which in the first floor and request for rooms 130-139, which are very closer to the lift lobby. Value for money: • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel. Facilities • All rooms had a Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee and Creamer are also placed in the rooms along with two 600ml water bottles and a kettle. • Every room comes with a TV and Hot/Cold water for showers. Modern bathrooms and separate safe keeping facility is also available. WIFI is also provided for every room and it is super-fast.

The location if you are staying over night at the airport can not be beat. Very close to international terminal, has breakfast starting at 2 am for those very early flights, restaurant on site as well. Clean, nice, and convenient.

Trying to find the hotel was difficult. The website needs better directions both for those coming internationally and domestically. We ended up going in circles before relying on Trip Advisor directions to finally find it. Go to the end of international terminal and follow signs to the parking garage, veer right before entering garage - this is the abbreviated version!

The location at the Airport was great.

No signage to hotel. Room needed updating and cleaning. Others checked in before 2pm but I was turned away.

I had heard the breakfast was limited but I think there are two different breakfast options. From 2 AM to 5 AM is limited breakfast and from 6 AM to 10 AM is the complete breakfast. I also like that it's located in the airport terminal and I don't need to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel after my flight arrives.

The hotel was not easy to find. I tried using the map on Booking and Google Maps. I still had to ask for directions a couple times. Now that I've been here once, it will be easy to find next time. The hot water heater for the shower is not a consistent temperature. I'm thankful for a hot shower. But I tried to set it at hot and it did a continuous cycle from hot to very hot to barely warm to hot and so on for the duration.

Great location due to proximity to Terminal 3. It takes only about 5min walk to get to the Check-In Hall. Breakfast is available from 02:00 am local time, quite good for early flights out of CGK. Hotel is in an acceptable state, room interieur is here and there slightly out-dated (bathroom), but for a short overnight stay at the airport good.

My shower in the room was leaking, so I unfortunately flooded my bathroom. Lightning could be a little bit better. Even when all lights were switched on, if felt quite dark in the room.

We arrived in Jakarta after more than 24 hours of traveling in the late morning and had an early flight out the next morning, so staying here was a good choice for us. The hotel is super easy to access, unlike the city. (Although there is some train connection, it's very complicated to figure out. And the city's awful traffic can make getting into the center of town problematic.) The breakfast was very good and the room very clean and comfortable. We could hear some noise from planes taking off, but earplugs worked to block that out.

Better soundproofing would be appreciated.

Really nice clean hotel, very friendly staff, excellent food served for breakfast.

It was very difficult to find in the airport, especially for those who have travelled far and arrive late at night, the layout of the airport is confusing. Carpets on the corridor between rooms are very stiff and difficult to push wheeled suitcases through, but that is nit picking on my part, the hardest thing was really finding it. Beyond that it was a wonderful stay, 100 times better than our previous layover in Dubai.

While rooms are readily available, hotel impose a surcharge of 350k rupiah or $20+ if one wants to check in earlier. Anara should consider adopting flexbility worldwide hotels offer these days especially guests choose airport hotels so that they can maximize time to rest time before/after flights. On checkout, spouse wasn't feeling well and wanted to rest till the late checkout time at 1pm (noon is official) and got woken up by reception's call to leave the room at noon. Seems very strict while hotel is not full.

The rooms are lovely, classy, nice furniture, desk and chair was cool. The flat screen tv was easy to use and showed English TV. The shower was nice although it did go hot and cold. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a good range of different foods. They had hot choices from omelettes, fried rice, chicken, fish. Then cereals, cakes, breads, salads, etc. Juice and coffees. You can eat as much as you want! The location was spot on as I had to fly from Terminal 3 the next day. Stylish place and felt comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was slow at times, so I had to disconnect and reconnect. But this wasn't a major drama. The shower was nice although it did go hot and cold.

1. CLEANLINESS: The rooms are new, well-maintained and very clean and tidy. 2. ROOM DESIGN: Modern, new, functional. Pretty good for an airport hotel in Jakarta. 3. STAFF FRIENDLINESS & HELPFULNESS: Very courteous, kind, smiling, welcoming and most helpful. The concierge and front desk are excellent people who smile a lot and help out a lot.

1. GYM NEEDS TO IMPROVE: The gym can improve. They have a Smith Machine but no weight plates. I do not understand why they would have an expensive Smith machine at the gym and yet, have no weight plates. It defeats the machine's sole purpose and use. 2. FOOD / BREAKFAST: The meat dishes ( bacon and sausages ) were horrendously undercooked - pale, watery and not so hot in temperature.
