The breakfast options are plentiful with a wide variety of types, and the taste is excellent. The service staff is also great. The location is in the heart of the city, but getting to the hotel lobby can be somewhat challenging due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area. This makes it difficult for drivers to find the entrance, and they may need to go around a few times.

Accommodation was great, but the service at The Back Room bar service was exceptional. The 4 nights I was there, they brilliant. Ajeng , indri , layza, and bobby were there to accommodate my friends, and I. I recommend people to visit The Back Room. The ambience is fantastic, and it is mostly created by the staff. I have only mentioned a few staff members, but all the young gentlemen who were serving were fantastic. It is a great place to relax.

We made our first booking for 15 and 16 October 2022 in a Premium Superior Double Room with City View and had no problems. Then we made the next booking for the 18th, 19th, and 20th of October 2022 and ordered the same type of room. When we checked out on October 17, we said that we would return on October 18, 19, and 20, 2022, and ordered the same room type with a city view. When we checked in, it was said that there were no rooms facing city view and that another would be given with the same type of room. We didn't want to accept it, then said that the room wasn't ready, meanwhile, it was around 4 pm. Finally waiting for about 15-20 minutes, we were moved to room 1 level higher, Deluxe King Room. With this decision, we are of course happy. Thank you to the Pullman hotel Thamrin Jakarta team, we will be back in 2023 and at the same time will be holding another exhibition using the Pullman hotel in Thamrin Jakarta.

The hotel was clean and overall pretty good. But the staff were the best part of the hotel in my opinion. They were all very kind and eager to help so it made my stay a little better. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Dinner buffet was also good and appreciated all the variety of food choices. Room was pretty small and you can feel its a little old but it was clean and well taken care of so I dont have any big complaints!

We rented out some of the meeting rooms. While they were clean and well structured, equipment seemed a little lacking. We were given 3 microphones but all of them ran out of battery in the middle of our presentation so it felt as if they needed to check the equipment a little better before renting out the space. Still the staff tried their best to change the old batteries and help us so that was nice.

Breakfast was great with a large selection of delicious food and attentive staff. Rooms are a little small in size but sufficient. Room service was fast.

Location is supposed to be central and good, but at night it is horrible with all the street noise coming from the main road right in front of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, do not be surprised to be woken up to the sound of super loud motorbikes and a street vendor passing by until 2-3 AM with very high-pitched loudspeakers.

Breakfast gives a wide choice: you find four different breakfast areas with the best International and Asian food. From sushi to English breakfast. A wide choice and good quality. The Hotel is right in the city center, 5min distance to a big shopping mall for all your needs.

Rooms are a bit outdated; old style of furniture and amenities. Everything was clear and working, but for such a price level, you can expect something better.

Excellent location so central and convenient to 2 major malls in only short walking distance. Nice breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spa and very pleased with the wonderful and attentive service of hotel staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms a bit dark due to the small windows but nice view at night if your room is closest to the monument and high floor.

Incredible breakfast buffet. Super comfortable bed and the option to chose extra pillows. Proximity to the Grand Indonesia mall, you just cross the street and you have two massive malls where you find every kind of restaurants and shops.

The hair salon and spa prices were too high, but you can find other salons in the vicinity. The bathroom was a little outdated (e.g. could use a refresher coat of silicon) and the rooms were small, but if you're staying there just to sleep, it's more than enough.

There is always problem with the toilet, i.e, WC flushing, lightings ( old bulbs - hence not bright) , shower knob- Loose ( fell to the floor while i was showering - risk to guest and the hotel itself ). Electricity Power point are not properly working.
