I booked the room last minute and to my surprise the reception staff upgraded the room to deluxe type. Location is very convenient (in the upper level of poins square mall) and the next day, we were allowed to check out at 1 pm (instead of at 12 pm sharp). Variety of food during breakfast was nice, and the gym facilities looks complete too (they even have sauna). It was a great stay after all.

The swimming pool is located in between building towers. Even without the windy weather, it would definitely be quiet cold to swim there. When i went there it was raining the whole day, so we did't get to try the pool.

The breakfast was amazing, so tasty, that's my fav about my stay. The next day I was already leaving early in the morning so I can't have breakfast but the staff helped us packed some to go because I already paid for the breakfast that day.

The shampoo and soap was small but you can always ask the housekeeping for more. Not sure if it's just me but the hairdryer smelt a little burnt so I didn't use it.The place was clean but it was near railway track so it's a little noisy for my mom. The bed however was too hard, it's difficult to sleep because I'm used to softer beds, but other than that it was pretty good. I went here for a business purpose so I don't need too fancy stuff.

1. The view from the room is marvellous! 2. Location is good near MRT and not too busy road. 3. Pillow & mattress very comfortable. 4. AC is working great. 5. Breakfast is supergood with multiple choices & by the pool. 6. Lobby has a good vibe and the staffs are welcoming friendly.

1. The toilet is rather small and hard to maneuver especially when to close & to open the toilet door. 2. Shower area has a comfortable space with good water pressure. 3. Just wish the mall downstairs are more lively with more shops.

Very nice view, occupied the top floor (25th floor) Location is strategic, on the lower floors of the building are shops, restaurants and supermaket. It is also walking distaance to the MRT Lebak Bulus station. Perfect for tourists.The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The shower has good pressure. Pool is nice and clean but a bit windy aince it's located on the 6th floor.

A bit diffucult to get to the hotel. The hotel lobby is in the 6th floor, but the hotel rooms are in the 23rd and 25th floors. The elevators are a little slow and the mall below is a maze. They also only give 1 key, and you need to put a 300k deposit for it.

Delicious breakfast. Great location close to Pondok Indah Mall. Comfy bed. Wifi was excellent. We were on the 25th floor with great views of the city. Will stay again when in the area.

The room and bathroom were very small. The lifts were very slow and one was always out of order. Small fitness center but still able to do a full body workout.

The access was complicated, it mush change lift to go to lobby and room. If i dont have breakfast voucher, it was really hard to find meals because the entrance was locked and hard to gojek find/access it.

I love to make memories, and here on the day I stay here, I just wanna say, im happy, me and him meet again after 9 years we got distance by the destiny, I love you always M

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The mall underneath the hotel was very convenient, enough if you wanted to grab some food or buy some stuff. There's a connected mrt station if you want to explore the public transport.

I am impressed with the staff who are ever ready to help especially the Housekeeping. The room and the bathroom are clean. The best was the view from the 25th floor, so marvelous.

The hotel is located close to the mall with many shopping and food options and the Lebak Bulus train station. And they upgraded the room we booked. I always stay in Grand Whiz whenever I go to Indonesia.
