I loved the overall feel of the hotel, which was very upscale, quiet, clean and well looked after. The room had a fabulous view of the exhibition centre and the buildings nearby.

The breakfast in the morning was a huge disappointment. Infact, it was so hard to believe that a hotel so pretty and well kept could have such a disappointing breakfast. Surely, there was lots of choice in the local dishes, but very few things to eat for the international guests. I believe, they atleast need to add sausage, bacon (halal), croissants, tea cake, etc to make it worthwhile for international guests.

I stayed here for a night since i was attending a nearby music festival. The proximity between festival grounds and the hotel is astonishing. Imagine spending a whole day at a festival, feeling dead tired, only to come home few hundred meters away. It was well worth my money. Breakfast was adequate, rooms were clean, amenities was okay.

Staffs looked tired, but I understand since the hotel was booked out to the maximum limit, since it was also used by the promoter of the event, so i give this a pass. Breakfast was okay, but bakery items can be improved. However, given the price of breakfast is included, i don't mind as well.

Clean, great location, literally a short walk to the expo/Jakarta Fair. Staff were helpful, especially the doorkeepers, very kind and accommodating.

Disabled access unavailable at rear entrance. Had to climb about 12 steps to and fro. Mushola wudhu faucet on 1st floor not easy for disabled people to use. Small problems for overall nice stay.

The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. most importantly, the location is walking distance from Java Jazz Festival.

Not much. Probably need to wait/usher the seating for breakfast. Some of single or a couple sitting and having breakfast on the table that meant for 4 or more people.

i love the amenities... they using dove's brand for shampoo, body shower... it smells good and fresh. hopefully they will use this brand for long time and if they will replace it, they will use at least the same quality as dove.

everything was good and nice. i like the room, the ambience, the pillow, the facilities.

I was given the menu for dinner. my first 5 choices were not available. The waitress then gave me a very limited choice. maybe next time the choices could be given at the beginning of the service to avoid frustration. Thank you!

Good location for the exhibition

The hotel has not taken care of facilities well such as my room 02 light broken and they have not been prepared or change Air conditional is weak and wifi very slow even with no signal

The Location is next to the music festival i attended to..very convinient short walking to the venue. Good bfast..amenity and bed was comfortable.

The room service was not 24hrs

Fridge didn't work, cockraches in room, desinfectant dispenser wasn't filled up after 4 x requests

Location good for me. Nice rooms and kept very clean.

One evening the hotel ran out of food so dinner was not available, however, that didn't directly affect me but other residents weren't happy.
