The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative. The location is bit far from the city centre, but it gives an easy access to the airport through the highway, especially that Jakarta is known for its heavy and unexpected traffic jam.Transport applications such GoCar and GrabCar are available at all times at affordable rates.

Thd beakfast is poor with very limited choices, and I had to que to get a seat. I was told by the hotel staff that the hotel was full, due to an exhibition in the nearby PRJ (Jakarta Exhibition Centre). Room service is very efficient and the Iga Bakar was super tasty 😋 although it was slightly pricy.

the concierge female staff at ground floor. we asked for help to book taxi to go to airport. she quoted the price (handwritten) on a piece of papaer say 280,000 IDR and asked us to wait. Been waiting for almost 20mins and we were afraid to miss our flight. So i booked grabcar and the price was only 151,000 IDR. i told her to cancel taxi cuz our grabcar is coming near ( within 5mins right after I booked) and she asked me to cancel the car.I told her no because the taxi that she called cost double the price. and she gave me such an rude attitude look and say "OKKKKKK" really loud. There's a saying The last impression is the lasting impression. She should know this by now.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great and the food was delicious. It is excellent value for money in all respects. It was close to the exhibition hall, so the location and convenience were good. The service and friendliness were top notch.

The room is clean, bathroom is also clean too. Housekeeping is prompt even though we stayed only 2 nights. they helped us to arrange two rooms on the same floor (though not side by side) The breakfast was alright! Not the best in my opinion but still decent. Thank you team! Location wise, close enough to go to Ancol (as we had to attend a concert) and close enough to get to downtown jakarta for some shopping. The room was unbeatable in terms of comfort and price.

Such a nice big spacious room, comfy beds, big bathroom with a bathtub!!!!!!!, excellent breakfast and definitely hands down best staff experience in Jakarta! Location is also very good.

The floor was super dirty (had to wear sandals the whole trip), chef in-charge of the eggs at the breakfast mistaken my order 3 times!! , parking isn't difficult but wasn't near the lobby.. , the doors and walls were not really sound proof because we can hear kids running and shouting in the morning..

Booking.com is cheating on pricing, they put discounts but in the end I realized the final price without discount. Trying to contact form customers service with the promise of returning the balance. But till I write this no action has been a taken. Please be careful when u used Booking.com.

The staff were very helpful.

The air conditioner stopped working the check out day.. it took about 2 hours to get cold air coming in again.. considering how hot it was, 2 hours is a while without AC.. but I understand that some technical issues need time to fix.

Overall Property was good for business stays.

it is very disappointing that Hotel does not have any veg options in their lunch buffet and breakfast.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel was great. i enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The pillows have makeup stain and bed sheet has pee stain.
