- Staff was friendly and helpful - Nice location - Clean room

- Tiny room - The bed was extremely hard. Usually I prefer hard beds, but this felt extreme - Small breakfast, not much choice - Watch out if you are noise sensitive: it is very loud and there are many noises to hear. The walls were thin so you could hear anything from neighbouring rooms. Also, but I guess this is normal in Jakarta, there are very loud prayers at night (starting around 4 AM) until dusk, so it is very possible you wake up several times during the night. It was up to around 75 dB in my room. I think it is hard to find a hotel without these noises, but be aware of this - Badges didn't work a few times: one day I could not enter my room, the next day I couldn't use the elevator

Staff was outstanding all around. In particular David and Helena were extremely professional, helpful and kind. I arrived quite late and was hungry and David assisted me with getting Grab to bring me food at 2 in the morning! And Helena assisted me with.changing my as I was sensitive to some hallway noise and she also talked to me about some things in Jakarta. Both David and Helena speak excellent English, I thought they had lived in the US because their English is so great and with a US accent. They were both extremely professional and the other staff I encountered from the doorman to the room cleaner to the dining room staff were all excellent. I would stay there again only because of the staff they were so great. Breakfast was also great with numerous fresh selections and the girl who works the breakfast, I forget her name, but she was so great, she helped all the guests with their needs and kept the food and beverages nicely supplied and ready for guests. Great job she did in the breakfast dining room keeping everything neat and clean and she is so nice too! The rooms are also good with new, comfortable furnishings. The location is unbeatable, I walked to many places for food and just looking around. All forms of transportation are available directly at the hotel or a short walk away. Very convenient location.

The hotel was equipped with modern facilities. Though the space was a little bit small, I was satisfied with everything in the room. The room and the bathroom were clean with very bright lights. I love the body wash, hand wash, and shampoo which smelled so good. The price that included breakfast was affordable with variety of food and drinks. All the foods were very delicious 😋 Moreover, the staff was very friendly and respectful. They always greeted whenever they saw me. Normally, hotels serve breakfast from 6am onwards but I had to check out at 3am for my morning flight so they prepared a package consisted of snacks, milk and mini mineral water for me which is very surprising and new to me.

Outstanding cleanliness in all areas, Fairly good breakfast. Very close to the shopping mall where I plan to visit. Very high human human relationship. Smiling faces is everywhere. Assisting you in all circumstances. Keep it up. Beautiful night city view from my room.

Too small a room. Packing and unpacking ur lugage is a little nuisance if you hava a large bag but no big deal. Just a little bit of a problem when moving around. Just adjust and adapt.

The room was small but very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful There was a sink and toilet in the room, and only the shower was shared - and I never had to wait. The best feature though, was the location - Cremorne Point is the last ferry stop before Sydney, and the view of Sydney from the ferry station qas spectacular. I would gladly stay again.

The staff was great 😊 Pak Agus security always welcomed the guest with his smile and was always helpful. The Front Desk gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) who check me in is very friendly and he represents well the brand. The housekeeping team always offers bottles of water and asked me if I need anything else. Definitely will come back because of their excellent services.

The room could have been a little bigger because there is no space when I open my big luggage. The wall needs to be painted since there are spots on the wall.

The staff was very very helpful, the location is great to explore Jakarta, rooms are very clean and I have liked the big windows. The hotel is at a 10 minutes walk from a big street food place where you can have excellent food for a very good price.

The rooms are a bit small, if you have a big luggage it’s a bit difficult to handle. No supermarket right nearby.

Everything was so smooth and nice. Cosy room with a city view ❤️The staff were extremely friendly and Helena the receptionist is very helpful !! There are lots of restaurants around location is pretty good to lots of attractions ( museums, monuments… )

Well I cant say alot maybe the breakfast they could have more western style food :))

Very nice hotel! Interior and all equipment is pretty new. Small room, literally bed and two cupboard, but was enough for one person! Bathroom and shower were good! Good cleaning. Breakfast served in box, noodles, chicken, rice! Delicious actually! Gym is tiny, for 2 people max, but ok!😁 I would stay again! If every city had same hotel, I would stay!😁

The Price you pay for the quality is excellent. And the location is Central in Jakarta close to many museum and many shoppings

The hygiene in the room and bathroom was not that great. Since we only were in the hotel to sleep for 3 nights, we did not mind for the low Price we paid. But if they invested more in hygiëne, i am sure we would give it a 9/10.
