Everything you'd expect from an Ibis Style: Stylish, very comfortable room, with a great view over the city. There's no hassle hunting down somewhere to eat, because the breakfast spread is extensive and there's room service until late in the evening or an extensive food buffet for lunch or dinner for a fixed price. The room has central air con, which is easy to get to a comfortable temperature. Plenty of seating. Coffee available on site. There's also a shop right next door where you can buy snacks and extra water.

The staff were sometimes very helpful and sometimes not so helpful. They were able to provide some extra food options for me at breakfast, as I'm gluten intolerant. However, when I suffered a ruptured ear drum and was very unwell, I asked them to bring a food delivery to my room, and they would not. Overall, good, though.

Great location & bus stop 2 minutes walk away. The staff are extremely friendly. Shout out to Sapto in the restaurant for his excellent service. And for getting the fan in the patio repaired as soon as I told him that was my only complaint - that the fan didn’t work and that the mosquitoes were eating us alive when we sat out.

The only alcohol they had was beer & that too Heineken - they were completely out of local beer; strangely they did not have a spa - if you wanted a massage, they sent the masseur/masseuse to the room. Which is highly inconvenient if there are other occupants. Most unusual.

Look past some wear and tear, and you'll find a stylish hotel for a pretty good price. Room is comfortable, one of the few hotels that I manage to sleep through the night (read: bed is good for me, medium hardness, not overly soft). Indonesian hospitality is some of the best and friendliest, and this hotel is no exception. If we ever find ourselves coming to Jakarta again, we're definitely staying here.

We got a room where the phone did not work, so I went to the lobby to inform the receptionist about this (I wanted to order room service since I arrive to the hotel pretty late). It was promptly dealt with though. A little more option for salad in the buffet would have been great for us although overall food is decent.

The place was incredible and the stay was amazing. The staff were friendly, and very accommodating. The service was superb. Rooms were clean and the facilities were great. The value for the price paid exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks for the awesome stay.

There wasn’t much to not like. I’ve stayed at rooms that cost me the same amount per night as my 9 day stay here, and this by far, in every way was objectively a better experience overall.

I liked everything about this hotel. The bed was comfy, the room very clean. The breakfast was also good and had a very good price for what it offered. The internet was fast, it was even good enough for working from the hotel. The staff were very well trained. The location was amazing, very close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. I would 100% come again.

There was a smell in the room, that went away when the ac was turned on. The smell was not bad, but not good either.

It isn't about the hotel, through booking.com app I have informed the arrival time but somehow it wan not known to the hotel so I had to stay in another room that I had booked due to the unavailable of the same standard room. About the hotel, they could include more kinds and others cultures of food in their restaurant menu, since in Indonesia it was very difficult to get outside food other than Indonesian food (except pizza hut and subway)

- Instead of don’t like, would suggest to increase WiFi bandwidth. Normal emailing and accessing the internet is no issue but if online video call will lack.

Our travel mate misplaced her small beg in the meeting room at hotel restaurant, she get it back the second day without any missing items. Thank you for the efforts that staff and management show, they are truly amazing. Breakfast just ok. Location bit far from shops & shopping.

The bad smell when first entering the room, this could be improved.

The team is very friendly and helpfull and the room design is modern and kind of cool. The room is not very large, but in my eyes, the room offers everything needed. Breakfast is ok. There are some Indonesian and some western dishes. Coffee is good (that`s often not the case). The location was ideal for my needs, but there are not many facilities in walking distance.

- the restaurant, a bit cramped, the food selection too oily/fried, very few fruits, too many sweet cakes, no omelette station for breakfast. - my room was not cleaned until I asked (almost 4 PM) - I ordered massage for 8 PM but the front desk did not inform me that the therapist would be late (which would be fine, but I wish they informed me)
