Big room which was super nice, VERY comfortable bed, didn’t want to get out of it, my chronic back pain disappeared. Good breakfast, nice view from panoramic windows, courteous helpful staff.

The soundproofing is nonexistent, we could hear every single mosque in the area calling at all times of day and night, as well as traffic sounds. For reference, we later stayed at another hotel in Jakarta which also had mosques around and traffic, and couldn’t hear a thing. The rooms are weary, furniture is old, bathroom especially needs to be renewed. Few things didn’t work upon us checking in late in the evening so we had to call staff for them to be fixed (well, this is common so that’s ok).

The reception staff was really nice and spoke good English. Generally the staff is really nice and polite. Big thanks to the staff who paid special attention as I mentioned it was my birthday that day :) The room was clean confortable and with lots of light. You have access to a spa with massages and a pool. We had a great balinese couple massage after a long flight. I recommend it! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. They help you out with cab service on demand.

The hallways sometimes smells like cigarette. Like a lot of time in Indonesia, the room service for food is pretty slow. The pool and massages rooms could use a refresher.

The staff provided excellent customer experience. For instance, I was having an internet connection. I was really impressed that the Managers, Annas and Judith tested another room before transferring me to the room. They even had 2 IT people with 2 different devices plus a big gray box to troubleshoot the room after the BellHop service person helped us transport our belongings. Also, very safe and high security if people were wondering following the current turmoil in Israel. The cars that come in get checked with a high tech device that looks like a metal detector before they can enter the hotel premise. I took a private tour of the hotel and this is what they did.

There is a small step in the bathroom that is reminiscent in all hotels of Southeast Asia, including Singapore. Architecturally it is there to prevent the bathrooms from flooding. I just put a towel there and kept the light on. I was worried for my senior mother, but had no issues with being conditioned. Toddlers might have to be careful.

Best hotel in Central Jakarta for the given budget. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was nice, not too crowded. Lobby cafe was nice and cool to hangout. Room size wasn't big but I have no complaints as i stayed alone. Not sure how sufficient it will it be for a couple with a kid.

Pool wasn't operational most of the time. I was told that it is open from 6 am to 9 am and from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They were helpful when I needed to extend my check out time. They are observant and always ready to lend a hand, from handling your luggage, coming up to your room to open a bottle of beer to communicating with your Grab driver(I couldn't speak Bahasa). The security at the hotel was also commendable, perhaps also due to the ASEAN Summit then, but it was all well done. The breakfast selection is extensive and the food tastes good too. I will consider staying again. Thank you all staff at Millenium!

If the hotel could consider proving slippers or bath robes, that would be lovely and bonus!

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived Ferdi cleaned our room and left a nice welcoming elephant towel display on our son’s bed 😊 we were also served by a very efficient and kind staff named Bagus 😊 every morning at our breakfast table. An excellent hotel and amazing staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you and regards from, AUGUSTINA and McLean family.

Excellent hotel for a great price. Facilities were great. One amazing thing - massage that I got in the hotel spa. Might be the best massage in my life. Also breakfast included in the price was really tasty. Overal staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool to use. The hotel is in a great location, if you visit Jakarta and want to sightsee, relax and serves as good base for more trips. Within walking distance there are a lot of attractions.

First staff are super friendly, very attentive and accommodating. It could be even much better if they can speak English. I am not so familiar with city, but with a grab bike u can reach anywhere in Jakarta. Nice drivers and they know the city very well, plus is faster than taxi cars. Property has spacious room. Nice lobby area and restaurant

There are not much variety of food for international I guess. Unless u want to Indonesian food, very plenty, yet you have to know what ur eating; rice, soup, chicken, and many other dishes!!

Good location clean rooms friendly staff

Breakfast was good but took long time to refill item that were out and the bread for toast was old and hard. The searving staff was slow for cleaning tables and refilling items that was out it took over half hour to refil things like sausage or beans or waffles or veggies. We had dinner 1 night only had basic noodles and drinks for 4 people and spent over 600k IDR. The tax kills you so we ordered take out mostly. Swimming pool was nice but a little small if hotel is busy.

Location - Central Jakarta and its easy connection with every location like MONAS, Museums and Shopping Complexs. Grab is the best choice Service - Excellent. The reception and bell boys are very friendly and always greets with smile. Checks with me if i managed to secure any transportation to airport after my check out is done. I had little confusion with my payment charges however the hotel manager follow- up with me and managed resolve the issue in very professional manner. Hygiene & Clean - Overall good. Daily housekeeping. The house keeping staft is helpful and understanding Others - Bed is fine, you have multi/universal socket inside the room. Water - Good Water Pressure. Unable to get bathtub with these price these days in other hotels I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is old but that's fine since you won't be inside the hotel room all the time. You need a place to sleep, rest and shower in Jakarta. The sound proff was not good however its fine with the budget you paid for this hotel.
