Service rendered by the staff- concierge and all. Bed + pillow is super comfy for Deluxe Room (perfect since it has been renovated) & Executive Room- Flr 16. Food selection for breakfast at Level 18 is fairly good!

The access card was unreadable at least three times throighout the stay - I had to get it changed at concierge during the stay - day time & past midnight (5 days 4 nights). The Executive Room is still in old condition but I was told it is in the procees for renovation.

I am so very impressed with the hospitality of the staff. They heeded to all my requests and queries. Once any task was given they got me the results inspite of having difficulty in explaining due to language barrier. I recommend this hotel to all.

Some Indian variety of veg food should be made available in the menu for lunch and dinner.

Convenient locations for the malls and several restaurants/food places. nice pool area and spacious room. beautiful lobby area makes a great first impression! Good Indonesian food breakfast buffet in the mornings.

Only thing I could think was there wasn’t much English food at the breakfast buffet, but was to be expected and it still happy with the choice of other Indonesian options.

Location is perfect, near everywhere, incl. malls, train station, and tourist attractions. There is 24h fast food chain next to the hotel. Bed is huge and so comfortable. Breakfast are lovely and have so many choices. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. Really enjoy our stay. Thank you!

The old curtain need to be replaced, but it was not really bothered me.

The staff there are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I like to appraise two of their staff, Sindy, who is extremely helpful and always check in to ensure I am comfortable and my needs are met. The other staff was Susilo, who makes an effort to remember my breakfast preference.

The bathroom is dangerous because the layout for water drainage can flood the whole floor. Then the bathroom door can’t be fully closed.

located middle of the town, walking distance to every wisata and the main road in front is car-free day on weekend.. breakfast was great of choices!

pitty the piano player at lobby, his music need to compete with construction sounds.. also grab driver need to pay for parking rate just to fetch customer at hotel lobby - they should be given passer-by pass

good location. it’s near to restaurant area, MRT and big mall. friendly staff. hotel management could handle full packs of guests during breakfast session. the food is nice.

old interior. the carpet is quite dirty. luckily, all the bathroom equipment are working cause i’ve heard one guest complained about it. i’m aware that some of floors have been renovated. unfortunately, i booked for the un-renovated floors.

the hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable even though they have not been renovated like other rooms. the location of the hotel is very strategic and the room price is also not too expensive

the swimming pool water looks not clean

The new design of the bedroom was very nice. Comfy bed and the big screen TV was just WOW.

The shower. The hot water didn't run at all on our second and third day of stay. And maybe add more variety of food for breakfast.
