We are so happy that we chose the 101 urban as our hotel in Jakarta! It was a lot of fun to chill at the roof-top pool and the restaurant was great! The rooms are perfectly clean and we also enjoyed the view on the balcony. In walking distance there are a lot of nice places do dine and go out! The best thing was the very friendly and helpful personal! They helped us to organize a driver and rented us the hotel bus to drive us to our next destination! Even when we had last minute changes in our plans the organized everything in no time.

The 101 urban hotel was a warm welcome to Yakarta. After a very long flight and some cunfusion about the taxi's the hotel staff was professional and kind. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. We had dinner there and it was delicious. The room was spacious and had a nice large bathroom. There was a bit of a strange smell like they had just varnished the wooden floor and we could not open the window. On the ground floor there was a reastaurant/karaoke on friday night which scared us a little but they stopped before 10pm in the evening. We were very worried about taking the train to yogyakarta as we did not book in advance. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us and ease our stress. Especially Chritian was incredibly helpfull and if you read this, thank you so very much.

The smell in the room.

At first, I was about to be disappointed about the hotel for many reasons, but then I realised I made the right choice. The staff and management are the best. The room is comfortable, and the location is accessible to anywhere you want. Top notch security, very nice swimming pool, and the best part is that you have a roof resto with absolutely amazing view.

Need care more about room cleaning. If you are a foreigner traveler, you should be alerted that the breakfast is purely INDONESIAN! But to be fair, when I addressed my issue to the management, they were very helpful and allowed me to choose any dish I wanted from the menu, which is GREAT!

Central area, good location. Staff is helpful and try to do their best

Very far from international standard, like most of services in the Country. A small refrigerator in the room could be a good starting point.

The beds are comfortable.

Noisey inconsiderate staff laughing and singing and talking loud in the corridors early in the morning which echoes. The washing price was ridiculously expensive. The restaurant food is average The wifi is terrible to the point where you can’t do more than load a website.

The location is near to many restaurant and shops. The food for breakfast has so many options. Worth the price. The staff are nice and fast response :)

The floor quite dirty. There is no hair dryer in the room you need to ask first, and the shower is not flexible.

The property is so well-maintained, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and just the overall vibe of the stay was very welcoming! i love it i had nothing to comment,truly, if i were to visit Jakarta again, I will sure book this place again!

Great location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Great breakfast. Awesome rooftop bar with nice views, especially at sunset.

Room needs a little maintenance (floorboards were lifting in a couple of places). A bar fridge would be handy.

Very clean hotel and the bed very comfy. It was close to main attractions and grabs were easy to get hold of if wanted to explore further.

There wasn’t any sun beds by the pool so we couldn’t really chill by the pool.

Perfect stay for a two day stopover in Jakarta. The room was spacious and the personal verv fiendly. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Price value ratio was absolutely great.

One evening a big party at the roof top took place and it was very loud.
