The 101 urban hotel was a warm welcome to Yakarta. After a very long flight and some cunfusion about the taxi's the hotel staff was professional and kind. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. We had dinner there and it was delicious. The room was spacious and had a nice large bathroom. There was a bit of a strange smell like they had just varnished the wooden floor and we could not open the window. On the ground floor there was a reastaurant/karaoke on friday night which scared us a little but they stopped before 10pm in the evening. We were very worried about taking the train to yogyakarta as we did not book in advance. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us and ease our stress. Especially Chritian was incredibly helpfull and if you read this, thank you so very much.

The smell in the room.

At first, I was about to be disappointed about the hotel for many reasons, but then I realised I made the right choice. The staff and management are the best. The room is comfortable, and the location is accessible to anywhere you want. Top notch security, very nice swimming pool, and the best part is that you have a roof resto with absolutely amazing view.

Need care more about room cleaning. If you are a foreigner traveler, you should be alerted that the breakfast is purely INDONESIAN! But to be fair, when I addressed my issue to the management, they were very helpful and allowed me to choose any dish I wanted from the menu, which is GREAT!

Recurring problems with water pressure and temperature. Staff was very responsive, but every time could solve the problem just temporarily. Maybe it's the issue of top floor..

The kindness and helpful service really fantastic. The always friendly and help you when you have some issue. we come here for a few years . and I will come back. And easy to go around . And Good breakfast. And if you most go early the make a good box 😁👍

The enter whit a heavy suitcase it’s not always easy to do. But you always can ask for help .

Location is good, easy to reach public transport and central locations (Monas)

Minor teething issues with the room. Was promptly fixed by the fantastic staff

1. 3 pools with view. 1 small pool for kids 2. Breakfast tastes good 3. The city view

1. Room lil bit dark 2. Far from indomaret, alfamart etc 3. Nothing to do with walking around

The interior of the hotel was very cute. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and tasted very good. There's an amazing rooftop bar on top of the hotel!

Staff are helpful and friendly.

Older, more comfortable building is under renovation, so no possibility of quiet evening swim. Instead rooftop nightclub and courtyard concerts are rather loud, though finish by midnight.

The City view, the bed is comfort, the bathroom spacious and clean. The aircon worked properly.

Nothing we don't like, we love to stay back in this hotel later.
