The staffs were very very friendly, rooms were clean, facilities were great, I liked the gym though it could be further equipped, nevertheless it has basic weights which can still help you to keep fit.

The hotel charged me for a late check out (3pm) instead of 12pm. I sent someone who informed them around 2pm that I was on my way back But they refused. I had left very early around 4am to go on a tour of Bali and site see some of the tourist sites. I had to leave early coz some places like Lempuyang temple receive many tourists and you could stay there even for 4hrs waiting for a photo. This was just one extra day after I had spent like 9nights at the same hotel and we were like 100 of us, booked by a company. So they could have just waived this.

Rooms, food, facilities and nearby beach all exceeded expectations. My expectations weren't super high going in as a result of the very mixed online feedback but I was pleasantly surprised as a whole. They even worked out a scheduling conflict which they played a role in creating.

The wifi at this hotel was really bad in my room, but it's also not an issue unique to this hotel. They use straws for their drinks, something that is really disappointing. It would be nice if they had some water bottle filling stations available on each floor so that guests can avoid using plastic bottles.

Perfect end to our holiday. The swim up bar was just what was needed, we didn't get the young man's name but he deserves a mention. Great service, smiles all round! Delicious steak on the rooftop on our last evening, staff again were superb. We booked it due to the location to the airport. Worked well.

Breakfast was limited unless you like oriental style. Maybe more beds around the pool. But this shouldn't stop you booking, we enjoyed ourselves.

The buffet breakfast was a mixture of Western and Indonesian items. A lovely pool area with swim-up bar and towels were provided for pool use. Outdoor and indoor showers provided near the pool. Staff members were attentive and helpful.

A bedside table was missing which was very annoying. Drinks like beer weren’t very cold but that was largely our Bali experience. Some attempts at Western style meals missed the mark. Food, however, was nicely presented. The hotel is opposite a beach which is very polluted with plastics and other rubbish. No one was on it when we were there. There is nothing to do or see within walking distance but the hotel is only a short taxi ride from the airport.

we were told at check in we were being upgraded but the room wasn’t as good as our last stay. communication wasn’t the best as the hotel made an error and under charged us at check in then at check out demanded the underpayment which felt like a hidden charge. on check in the assistant said we had booked room only despite me having confirmation for bed and breakfast. this was settled after me producing written confirmation. the buffet breakfast was cold most mornings

The staff is very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. All of them greet you with a smile. The pool is not big, but it is very relaxing. The poolside bar is nice, and the Balinese spa is fantastic. The therapists help us to sleep through and relieve our stress. The kitchen is not bad, and while you may want to have dinner on Jimbaran beach, you can get better taste here and avoid the attack of flies. The hotel is close to airport.

The housekeeping is not very generous in providing shampoo and body wash. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but the taste is only average.

The location was great. Walk across a street to get to the beach. If the street was busy there was an attendant that helped us cross the street safely. The pool was clean and cool! The breakfast qas fantastic! Better than the Hard Rock Hotel in Bali. The food at Jimbaran Bay Resort had good flavor and so many choices. The restaurant staff was very efficient and qent the extra step to amke our meals great. Our beach towels got drenched from the ocean and they were very gracious and accepted them without any concern. Great big shower and bathtub on the balcony. That was fun!

It would be nice to get more towels in the room. We didnt ask for them, so they may have been available.

this lil gem of a hotel is situated at the airport end of the bay it’s super convenient! let me first address some of the reviews on here people have to understand that Bali probably suffered the most through covid it solely relies on tourism and so any complaints about slightly old towels or whatever is ridiculous? come on people they were starving and because you paid $50 a night you want the st Regis !! everything is clean and tidy yes sure it needs a touch here and there but it’s cleaner than mosts houses and the staff the food and everything considering covid is quite simply amazing!! I would stay there for 2 weeks! Bravo staff you are such amazing people

nothing for the price

Great location right across from the beach. Good service from staff, especially the pool bar and restaurant. Very comfortable beds and spacious room (family room)

Two-for-one cocktails during happy hour only applied to arak-based sugar-water, which was overpriced to begin with. Picture of the rooftop is misleading, as the front (facing the beach) is dominated by the dj stage. Was too loud to sit and enjoy the sunset and a pre-dinner drink.

Super friendly staff, they helped us with everything, and you could tell that they also wanted to help. The breakfast was really delicious with lots of options. The Dinner menu was really good as well, with great prices. The room was nice, but nothing special. It is located almost on the beach, so the location was nice. Overall a nice place to stay, with a good pool.

The only thing we did not like, was the room was quite damp. We felt like the duvet was a bit wet, but not something you could not overlook. But we felt like all our closet became humid and cold, which did not happen at other hotels. But it is the only bad thing to say
