The property is a little hideaway sanctuary in busy Jimbaran. The pool is lovely, and the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast is served in the little garden outside our room (there is no shared restaurant/lounge), and was tasty. the staff were also helpful.

when we arrived there were some issues with our room (no water, and problems with the safe), but they were both fixed very quickly and with a smile. this isn’t anything to do with the hotel, but the local neighbour isn’t so charming. Jimbaran has fallen prey to the rampant over development in this part of Bali. expect traffic jams, pollution, and a plastic strewn beach as soon as you leave the sanctuary of the hotel.

We stayed here after getting off the flight for our honeymoon. Our Villa felt very secluded in lovely gardens, despite the estate being situated just off a busy local road. Very peaceful, lovely room and beautiful pool in the garden. Close to the beach and the seafood cafes - just be sure to go to the cheap local ones, do not be put off it the menus look a bit tatty! The food is cheaper and more more plentiful than the jazzier places further up the beach. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful (a big hello to Anom who looked after us for the five days we were there). In short, we loved our time at JEstate.

Only down side was having to cross the road! But you get used to it quickly, it seems most if not all roads are like that in Bali!

Firstly we were warmly welcomed at Reception by Detu, who provided us with a lot of tips and helpful information during our stay. We spent a very relaxing week here, the villa and pool were lovely and each morning, at the time we requested we were brought an excellent breakfast, always with the offer of extra if we required it. Thanks Budi for your good service. We were only a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed dinner at sunset on a few nights. And there are many good restaurants nearby too, all in walking distance.

The only thing about our villa - and it's probably a bit particular to me as I'm in my sixties- the shower was in a large lovely sunken bath which was challenging getting in and out.

The warm welcome by their team, the beautiful room, the deck, the pool, the beautiful garden, the butterflies, the breakfast… I can go on and on. This is probably the most beautiful room we ever stayed in, ever. The bathroom is also so spacious, bright and elegant. Nice natural toiletries, big soft towels, large wardrobe space. A big thanks for the team that was always so helpful, they helped me with my special recovery meal when I wasn’t feeling well. The purpose of our stay here was to relax on the last few days before we fly back home and it completely delivered! We spent the days tanning and reading on the deck and swimming in the perfect temperature pool.

Absolutely nothing.

This resort was wonderful. After traveling through Bali for ten days for both work and pleasure and staying in basic homestays, I decided to "splurge" on my last two nights and am glad I did. It was the tranquility I was looking for despite it being right off Jimbaran's main street. The villa was extremely private and surrounded by greenery. It feels like you are in your own personal jungle. I barely left the resort and spent my days sitting on the shaded beds by the pool. I had the large pool to myself and never saw another guest. If you do decide to leave the resort there are many food and beach options within a very short walk. The breakfast every morning was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was terrific. They were available for anything I needed. They helped me book an in-room massage (which was also great!) and allowed me to check out late so I could enjoy every last minute of the resort before heading to the airport. I cannot recommend this place enough! While I would recommend it at any point in your stay in Bali, I found it to be a great way to wrap up my trip (bonus, it's close to the airport!).

Basically everything is perfect! This is my last hotel in Bali, after changed 4 hotels during 3 weeks. And this is my favourite one! The location is very convenient to Jimbaran Beach, like 5-8 mins by walk, but I prefer stay longer in the hotel garden or relax by the pool rather than go to the beach, away more cozy and relaxing! Also only 10-15mins to the airport by car. I like the design of the room, you can feel the quality of the hotel from every single detail. It’s such a good combination of modern and natural, feel very comfortable to read and do yoga there. What’s more amazing is that I was surrounded by the super warm and friendly staffs and owner from beginning to the end. They are always very helpful and patient. The breakfast was very impressive, I felt a bit sick on the day before arrived there, but the lovely homemade breakfast saved me. It’s definitely great experience for me, and worth to stay! Strongly recommend!

The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely incredible, it really made up for the poor experience we had in another hotel. We were able to choose from European and Balinese specials and they were accommodating when we wanted to make small changes. We were lucky to be among the only guests, so it felt like personalised service, but the staff all went out of their way to ask us about our day and activities and ensure we were happy and comfortable. I can't praise them enough - we felt like total VIPs and enjoyed their warm, friendly hospitality. They were easy going about things like late checkout, issues with cards not going through first time, and providing scooter rental etc. - everything was a breeze.

Nothing is needed to improve this residence - with the possible exception of the entrance / street location. This is obviously not their fault and not something JEstates can help, but pulling out or crossing the street at the hotel entrance is challenging because it is straight on to a busy two lane highway. Nervous travellers/riders might benefit from a hotel operative escorting them into the lanes as some petrol stations etc. do.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. We really liked the room and all the decorations. Our Villa had straight access to the pool, which felt almost like a private pool because we saw only few other people using it during our stay. The pool was amazing and clean and the water temperature was perfect. Breakfast was super good! Even though JEstate is located next to a busy street, it is very peaceful place. The location is perfect if you’re catching a flight. It takes only about 15 minutes to get to the airport. The staff is so friendly and you can have very nice conversations with them and learn more about Balinese culture and people. We highly recommend this place.

Because the breakfast was so delicious, it would be also nice to have a chance to order some snack from the kitchen during the day :)

This was our first station in Bali. The hotel is on the very noisy main street, but when we got inside, we felt we arrived. You can not hear any more the noise of the street but can only feel the warm welcome and see the beauty of the place. We had a nice little house, the bathroom was spacious and we had covered terasse, where we received every morning the good breakfast which we choose the evening before. It was serviced elegantly and politely. The pool was five steps from our room. As the place has only a couple of rooms, we were almast always alone there. It is maybe the nicest pool we ever saw! In the middle of a small jungle…We really had to force ourselves to leave the place sometimes, to go out to the town, because it was so relaxing and good to just be there.
