This place is lovely. Beautifully kept gardens, amazing staff, great sized lovely villas. People need to be realistic in what they expect - this is not a brand new 5 star hotel with well ventilated rooms and around the clock service and I have stayed in 4 star accommodation in tropical areas of AU which were in far worse condition. This is a gorgeous open air villa, in the tropics, set back from the hustle and bustle and catering to guests needs as best as possible. There will be some bugs and wildlife, there will be imperfections due to the humidity and there will be what some have labelled 'inconveniences'. The cleanliness was immaculate, the staff were amazing and the villas had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They offer a lovely breakfast, both Indonesian and western and have a communal kitchen available for guests to use. The villa also has an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with a decent sized fridge, gas burner stove tops and microwave. Also in this outdoor area is a little dining table, lounge, arm chair, coffee table and TV! Inside is a large bathroom complete with a separate bath from the shower, a small 'study' area with adjacent atrium (included in the photos for reference) and a decent sized bedroom that easily fit a cot for our son and still had plenty of space for him to crawl around. We encountered some unexpected maintenance issues, however Surya and her team worked hard to resolve these quickly and ensured that it would not interrupt our stay by communicating well and making arrangements while we were out. There is no 24/7 room service or restaurant, spa or laundry facilities, HOWEVER, breakfast times were fairly flexible until mid day, Grab is available to order food and groceries in whenever needed, bottled water provided daily and Surya is more than happy to arrange laundry service or a massage (either in room or on the rooftop in a lovely area) if you speak with her.

Villa is nice, spacious, close to airport. Nice relaxation zone next to swimming pool. For longer vacation in Bali rather than staying before or after flight there are much better locations available

Breakfast is the thing I suggest you to avoid in this place - very dissapointing quality

We had a villa with private pool. The privacy we enjoyed there was fantastic. It was not visible from the outside. The place was quiet and big. First thing and last thing we did is jump in our private pool! We had a good equipped kitchen with microwave and big open space in the half-outdoor livingroom! Bed was very comfortable and the AirCon quiet. We even had an own water dispenser with cool water which was refilled regularly. TV was big and modern.

The place had no real restaurant so you have to use a scooter to dine out. But then there are plenty of good restaurants around. The Villa was a bit older and needed in some corner renovation. But for us this was no big deal. Everything worked and was clean.

We booked a Villa with private pool, it is a must! the space was huge and pool is 5x3m. The outside bathroom was nice and had a lot of space. There is an outside smart TV (Netflix, prime etc..), a fridge is also included. The staff can arrange a booking of scooter (around 75k/day), they are incredibly friendly and helpful. You can’t here the road from the hotel. With a scooter you can access the Jimbaran beach in 3/4min (the road is in good shape and safe). Plenty of restaurants near the hotel (2/4min with scooter). There are always dogs on the front of the hotel, they are not aggressive (don’t mind them or give them anything).

If anything, the outside bathtub is a bit rusty.

The stadig staff was amazing. So sweet and helpfull. The bed was very comfortable and big. The private pool was amazing. You could sun bath for many hours. The sun hits amazing on the pool and sun beds. The outdoor sitting area was very cozy. Very close to Jimbaran beach. Approximately 3-5 minutes on a scooter. Very quiet place. Surya was a very sweet host.

I think you should change the toilet seat. It looks old and has stains. It’s a little far away from many beach clubs and the fire dancers (Uluwatu) But that’s how it is in Bali with the traffic.

The breakfast was quite good, the fruit bowl with yogurt could have had a bit more yogurt and more sauce options for pancakes could be given, but in all the room was spacious, staff was amazing and friendly and service was great! It is also really cool that there is a kitchen where you can cook for yourself with quite a few utilities for those who stay a bit longer or prefer your own food.

The hotel could’ve sold beverages like cold drinks, water and local beer, I think it would be more convenient for people who didn’t have their own transportation.

It was very quiet and yet just a short drive from beach and other activities of Jimbaram. The room and pool were spotlessly clean , the staff fabulous, the food lovely, all very good value. True Balinese experience, we will book again for later this year and bring family. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, polite beautiful souls. The food fresh and delicious Our calm break was perfect just not long enough! 😊 Best airconditioner! So quiet at night! It beats so many 5 star hotel ones that are very noisy at night!

Some maintenance of the pool decking was needed as some boards very loose could be an accident. But nothing else as all very clesn

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa with its own private pool and it was amazing. We could relax in private and the Villa worked great as the two rooms were at either ends connected with a covered share lounge kitchen area. The kids could play in the pool without disrupting other guests and us adults could relax with them in clear view. We could also use the main pool when we chose to. Suruya the butler was exceptional - nothing ever too much trouble and the staff always very friendly and keen to help with our needs. As like most of Bali there are some repairs & upgrades that are needed to the property and the butler explained to us that they are working hard to get on top of all of the maintenance to restore back to the pre covid days. The maintenance staff could been seen daily doing these repairs but we heard none of the work they were doing it was very discreet. Although the restaurant is not back up and running yet - they are working on skeleton staff to offer an extensive breakfast menu which they deliver to your room and a buffet style breakfast as well a communal kitchen for guest that want to cook their own meals. The resort also offered a great in-house massage either upstairs on the roof top sala or in your room which can be arranged with the Butler. The resort itself was absolutely perfectly located for us just a short 6 min taxi ride to Jimbaran Beach where we enjoyed many seafood dinners on recommendation from the Butler. Although it was not in walking distance many fellow guests were using motorbikes but for us we enjoyed the luxury of Bluebird taxis to help us get around as 2 of our group were elderly and 2 children. We would definitely recommend the resort and the staff to anyone looking for that very relaxing stress free holiday. We will def be visiting again. Great for

We enjoyed all of it. Especially the private pool, outside showers and view from the rooftop Sala over the jungle and the lovely staff.

The pool was great! Loved the villa that we stayed in - it had some fun Bali quirks that we came to love including lizards and frogs galore. The room was clean and secure which made life that much easier.

The bathrooms had an outdoor feel to them which was both fun and a little unsettling given that certain insects could come and go as they pleased.
