Absolutely spectacular villa. Beautiful gardens. Fabulous large outdoor area and pool with lovely lighting and all the mod cons. Fridge, kitchen and outdoor speaker. Lovely welcome drink. Felt like very high end accomodation and great value for money. Would recommend highly.

The villa is hidden from the streets and very quite. You can easily travel from the villa to nice places in the neighbourhood. The reception can help you with renting motorbikes. The guys at the reception are very friendly. The pool is nice a large enough for 4 people. We would definitly go there again. Recommended

There nothing that we did not like. Maybe 1 thing: there was a bluetooth speaker but that was wasnt working. We didnt mind.

Really nice, comfortable, roomy villa with a half-outdoor living area and nice pool. Walled in, very private. Rivals some of the much more expensive villas we have stayed at on the island in size, visual appeal and comfort. Equipped with most things you'd need, and can ask for more. Was excellent value for momey if you don't mind the few downsides I mention here.

Not super on cleanliness. Good for Bali and not something I mind as a European male, but my Japanese wife was not thrilled by some of the things around the bathroom and the outdoor kitchen, which is admittedly barebones and not very well maintained. Had a few bugs, but that's totally to be expected in this area and this kind of property, nothing bad. Breakfast is meh and not great value for money. Location is OK if you have a car to drive you around (which you should), but there's nothing in safe walking distance as the road in front has no sidewalks and is dangerous to walk on. Staff was responsive on WhatsApp and cleaning was appropriate, but otherwise not super impressed there, can't say they went above and beyond (again not something I really expected anyway personally)

Location was a bit far from everything, but the hotel helps get a taxi whenever we are going out, so it's actually ok. But if you plan on walking to the beach you can forget about it. there's a convenient store in 5 min walking distance that's all. But if you are looking for a quite private stay this is perfect. get your food and drinks to enjoy at the pool. there's also a small kitchen and fridge you can prep for yourself.

Don't count on the restaurant... they close earlier than the online menu says. Can totally improve the ordering system so the order doesn't get messed up. Ordering from phone calls doesn't work.

I liked the villa very much (we took the 3 bedroom version). A lovely design with plenty of outside space and a generous 8m pool. The room was lovely too and the internet worked very well. As usual in Bali, the staff were excellent.

There was no ice in the freezer and no way to make it. This is a pain in a place there is no food or drink service (Go to Papito's supermarket before arrival). The shower was really poor, very hot or very cold with little pressure. Maybe they could have fixed it if we stayed longer. Breakfast was really disappointing, next time we will go out for breakfast.

Food delivery was quick and organised by reception. Tasty and inexpensive for hotel living. Convenience stores were also very close and about a 5-minute walk away from the Mutiara.

We did some cooking and a few more cooking utensils would have been handy.

The room and pool were really really lovely. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok but could be improved.

You can’t really walk out from the Villa - the road is unlit and feels a bit dangerous in the dark. We did walk but you really need to get a car everywhere.

The Villas where beautiful! Big, clean and really lovely. The private pool were also really nice and the beds comfortabel. Bathrooms were huge.

Its near a small shop, but the traffic is busy outside and the street are not made for walking. Other than that, there is not much outside the villas. Would depend on driving/taxis. Luckily its not that expensive to use the "Grab" app.

No breakfast was included, it was unsafe to walk the street, with no path way or street lights. We were on a scooter and at times hard to get out of property as you could not see traffic, security guard was always there to help. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The villa was a nice and relaxing property with your own pool.

The villa was huge and had everything we needed. The most beautiful private pool we have ever had in Bali. Lovely garden around pool attracting lovely birds.

Unfortunately the road running by the property is really busy and dangerous to walk along. We had to take a taxi to reach cafes/shops that were within walking distance for us.
