I had booked the Dynasty with kids in mind... and they weren't disappointed! The pools, the brilliant waterslides, the splash playground, the food... all spot-on. Us adults enjoyed it too: hello swim-up bar! The Dynasty has everything on-site: multiple restaurants, bars, a fabulous spa, a fascinating koi pool (with fish feeding sessions), hair braiding... the works! Our room (Garden View) was large and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking tropical vegetation (perfect place to watch the local squirrels leap from tree to tree!). The bed was comfortable and - best of all for someone who wilts in humidity - the aircon was CRANKING (note: you *can* turn it down). Location: great Staff: professional and lovely Verdict: Book it in! ESPECIALLY if you have kids!

The family room is spacious and great for family of 4, with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The whole resort is very traditional Indonesian style and nice to walk around in the garden. The breakfast has variety of food and changed some food choices every day.

The facilities were quite old, especially the bathroom. Some mould in the shower. Probably needs some renovations.

As we arrived well after midnight, check in was very quick. We were welcomed by a friendly smile. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The kids enjoy it. The kid's pool was good and the games they had going was fun for them.

The first night we didn't complain as we just crashed, but after that we realized that the trundle bed my daughter (adult) was sleeping on was not comfortable at all. We booked the room for 3 adults and 2 children 11 and 10. The pictures show the room larger than it is. That was a bit disappointing. We asked for another mattress, and it was a little more comfortable. The shower was tiny. Not much room to move around in. We overlooked the front of the hotel, and that meant we had the noise of cars arriving and leaving and people walking pass and talking loudly.

Everything ! This resort when travelling with kids is faultless. Kids club was amazing, adults pool is amazing, staff, food, main pool, rooms...gues what, they are all amazing!

Not exactly what i didnt like, however more gluten free food options would be greatly beneficial for all coeliac's. My daughter is coeliac and was unable to eat a large portion of the breakfast. he's did their best to prepare gluten fee [ancakes and waffles and muffins, however as a kid you see so many other yummy options you just cannot eat, however with some thoughtfulness gluten free can easily be introduced. This also includes offering more gluten free options for buffet dinner, especially with deserts... it would be nice to see gluten free options become standard.

Staff, cleanliness, location

poor wifi connection breakfast - maybe have more things like avocado on toast kids club - not enough is done to entice lone children.

The staff were incredible. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The resort has great facilities. Plenty of entertainment for the kids; not just in kids/teens club but also poolside activities such as bingo, water volleyball to enjoy with the family. Live music during happy hour. Kids also loved the gaming room. Loved the themed restaurant nights, incredibly cheap. Grounds were kept beautiful with also goldfish pond & ducks. The spa is amazing. Also love that you can enjoy a 1hr foot & leg massage by the pool for AU$16. Buffet breakfast offered in two restaurants. Great selection and always topped up.

The rooms need an upgrade. Had a musty smell. Bathroom tiles have mould and need to be regrouted. Room needs a repaint.

The resort is wonderful, beautiful staff all acknowledge you everyrime they pass by. Kids club is fantastic but only runs until 6pm. Restaurants in the resort all have amazing food. Activities schedule good, could so with a few additions. 2 happy hours each day! The resort is set up for people who would just like to stay in it and not have to venture out for anything.

The room was quite small for a family of 4. TV placement in the rooms meant that when you turned one on or changed. Channel etc. It changed the other TV also. Breakfast repetitive. Resort charges service fees and tax on all listed prices, much more expensive than eating outside on the street. Spa services 3-4 times the price of what is down the street.

- Very good facilities especially for families, lovely kids pool area and very nice kids club with a variety of activities - Prices for everything in the resort are fair and not exaggerated like other resorts - My family and I stayed for 5 days and had a blast, my kids did not want to leave - Food in general tastes very good, and they have shows every other day after dinner that the kids enjoyed

- Housekeeping in general was not very good, not only in the room, but all around the resort - The rooms and toilets seem to be old, they definitely need refurbishment soon - Breakfast needed a little more variety - Wifi kept disconnecting at times

The hotel on a whole was lovely. The facilities were well maintained. The room was comfortable and good beds. Room service was reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and constantly replenished. The activities offered for the guests were great, and my son enjoyed the water volleyball and water tug-o-war. Can easily walk outside resort for shopping, massages and dining.

The resort is large and very much aimed at families. I was travelling with my 12 year old and found a lot of parents let their younger kids run around super early and super late making a lot of noise. Perhaps a suggestion would be a wing in the hotel for people without children or older children? It didn't ruin my stay but if people are looking for quieter options I wouldn't stay here.

Friendly staff, clean grounds, fresh food and plenty of activities.

We booked a deluxe pool view room, although it was a great room with a great view, unfortunately the close proximity to the pool meant the daily activities undertaken at the pool resulted in lots of noise from midday to early evening. We found it hard to be able to sit and relax with a book or watch tv being drowned out by the noise. I feel we should’ve been advised of the additional noise upon booking, I would’ve opted for a garden view room if I knew about it.
