One of the best accommodations we have stayed at till date. HIGHLY recommend staying! Only stated for 2 nights here and regret not staying here for the rest of our 4 days in Bali. Very ideal location as its right on the main street. From reception, rooms, breakfast buffet to the pools, everything was splendid! I could not fault this place at all. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We could see how the resort has been maintained. Every staff can be seen designated doing their work. The pool was cleaned thoroughly in the mornings. The garden is well maintained and dried leaves from trees were cut in front of us. At breakfast, the managers in charge checked in to see how everything was which is absolutely great service! Best thing is, the resort has many exists and entry ways so its very accessible. You can literally walk into the streets from the breakfast restaurant without walking through the resort! I would rate this 10/10!

Traveling alone can make you self conscious, I like the Anvaya because there’s plenty of space around the pool, the restaurant, the bar. If you need quiet time to relax and read a book there is plenty of seating around the resort and the staff will come to you. A reliable stay with luxurious amenities such as well designed lobby, free mini-bar, thoughtful little things like nibbles provided with drinks overlooking the beach, various and plenty of pool furniture, great service, the breakfast is from 6am and has food groups you couldn’t even think of and a separate air conditioned dining room (breakfast is a highlight). When I’m in Australia and thinking of laying by a resort pool all day with great service, always a lounger available, I’m thinking of the Anvaya. The restaurant and bar overlook the beach where the sun sets every evening, they set the ambience with dreamy music or a live singer and dim lights so no need to be self conscious. Close to all shopping and restaurants but well maintained by security, it’s also on the beach walk for when you want to get out and stroll.

The pool staff should be monitoring hotel guests taking sun lounges and not actually sitting there until hours later, very frustrating.

Staff was very helpful and cooperative. We had to rush to the hospital because of a little incident. The staff members Edy Gunawan and Shandy Ari escorted us to the best international hospital in the area and stayed with us at the hospital so that the whole process of documentation and communication was easy. Really helpful and nice people!

First of all personal was amazing All staff was like only care about guest conford which is amazing feeling. Even Ms Caesilya I thank her , she was always contact with us untill our request complete and we can be satisfy. Which was really nice for customer satisfaction We were with our baby, even its was very easy thanks to hotel and hotel staff Rooms were very nice , clean Breakfast and dinner were amazing

We had a great time at the Anvaya. We were a bit too early for the check-in and were impressed that there was an air-conditioned waiting lounge with buffet including coffee, cake, juice, soft drinks... nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful no matter in which area of the resort. We really liked that it was located directly at the beach, every late afternoon we left the pool for a little beach walk and enjoyed the sunset with a beer / coconut. We didn't find the beach to be as bad as stated in some of the other reviews. We liked that there were mostly balinese locals enjoying the sunset and not only tourists like in Seminyak/Canggu for example. There was a nice vibe. The pool area was very nice, very clean. No problem to find free places there, no matter when (at least when we stayed there). I had some cocktails there, which were really good (prices a bit under European price standard, but not very cheap). Breakfast was great, fresh smoothies, yoghurts, egg station, waffle/pancake station, pasta, pizza, sushi,you name it. Gigantic. There was an air conditioned area, we really enjoyed :) We liked our room with garden view, the movable door that separated the bathroom from the bedroom was a funny detail and nice for communication (hard to explain for me in English, just take a look at the picture :)) The free-refill of the minibar was cool. We also received a lot of little goodies almost every day (small cakes/pralines). We enjoyed our stay!

Small suggestions, but only minor things: Passionfruit / Salak / Lychee at the breakfast buffet and maybe some coffee machines as well.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were very helpful and the departure lounge was extremely helpful.

There was poor soundproofing between the room door and the hallway. All the noise from people in the hallway could be heard in the room.

Everything!!! They provided the best breakfast ever! There were so many selections. There was no need for lunch! Our breakfast was included in our deluxe package. In addition, the restaurants on the grounds served delicious fare with great dinner selections. The picturesque views, especially of the setting sun was nothing short of breathtaking!! The beach had many areas for photo opps. There were enough pools that you nevet felt crowded. The staff was extremely attentive and always ready to assisst. The rooms were comfortable with a nice balcolny for morning tea/coffee or afternoon wine. We participated in as many of the activities as possible including: yoga, water aerobics, hat making, full moon ceremony, and towel art. What a great time.

Well I left my jean jacket and quilted vest hanging in the obscure closet in the barhroom of our room. We checked out and were allowed on the grounds until it was time to leave for our flight. In all that time no one alerted me that items were left in the closet. It was so hot in Bali that I did not realize I was without the items until going through airport security. I tried several times to contact the resort to no avail. I can't tell you how frustrating and upsetting this is/was. I will return to the US at the end of Nov. with no overgarments in the height of winter😒 I suppose I will have to purchase a jacket in order not to be sick from the cold.

Too many exceptional reasons to list, but off the top of my head, but I'll list what stood out to me: The staff are incredible. The housekeeping staff were thourough every morning, restocking fridge with enough sodas and water for poolside. The towels are bath sheet sizes, the beds are huge and clean sheets. Housekeeping were quick in bringing anything up to us. They dropped off little yummy sweets in our room every night while out for dinner. Poolside staff are always walking around to cater. Plenty of nighttime staff available for help/questions.The restaurant staff guide you to talbles immediately. And groundsmen are continuously manicuring lawns, gardens, and cleaning paths. Really impressed with attention to detail. All staff are impressively meticulous. It's truly a beautiful resort. Everyone acknowledges you throughout the hotel even guard's at front gate. The hotel vehicle access is off the busy road but the driveways is long enough to spend time at the hotel entrance without the bussle. What I loved was the once night comes, the lighting in the hotel lobby is ambient and no harsh lighting in site. So relaxing a beautiful. The pool area is meandering and you feel pretty private sitting by the pool. It's hard for all hotel rooms to lookout and watch you. And the biggest plus is the breakfast. The food stations are plenty. Hundreds of options, foods from all countries and their coffee is deluxe. Loved it.

Exceptional - they have maintained the luxury quality and service of the resort at the same level each year I have stayed at the Anvaya, this is my go to resort in Bali this was my 5th stay at the Anvaya. this trip was with a group of friends with kids long stay holiday 15 days and I cannot fault it. Staff - excellent Rooms : Premium room and also stayed in the suite at the back end of our trip and all I can say is wow. Both rooms were excellent and clean with all the amenities included and the bar fridge was also refilled each day which I found convenient as part of your room rate. The extra touch is I also look forward to my sweet treat each night they leave for you in your room and they also offer a turn down service in the evening if you require which provides that luxury touch with your stay. Facilities (spa - the massages and treatment are wow second to none and reasonably priced very professional and clean, pool, bike, activities offered at the hotel during the day too many to list - excellent Buffet Breakfast - excellent Food and beverage’s lunch/dinner they have a vast variety and the chef will try their best to cater to your needs if required - excellent Beach - very clean and you also have a nice beach walk pathway at the back of the hotel that you can take a walk to discovery mall or beach walk shopping centre if you don’t feel like to mingle with road and cars. A must check out is their check in lounge and check out lounge you will be surprised. when I say this resort goes above and beyond to make sure your stay with them is seamless from start to finish is not the understatement. I will be back for sure.
