Breakfast was fantastic, service all round was great. Good location, great bar staff and pool.

Shower handle broke off on last morning making due to corrosion, the reception immediately organised the room next door for us to be able to shower which was great, only downside was they tried to charge us for the breakage which was no fault of ours, however this was rectified and did not charge once questioned. Still a perfect stay and will go back.

Great: Pool, Staff, Breakfast, Location. Walk across the street, pass the hotel area and you are at the sea. Breakfast indeed fantastic. Plenty of options comparing to usual Bali offer which often is only pancake or eggs.. Busy area yet quiet room and around the pool - you'll find a place to have a rest. Comfy beds, clean bathroom.

Room was pretty simple, basic. But it's small, so design would not help here much, it's a space issue. Maybe bigger TV could help? Or some mirrors?

Perfect location, easy walk to Waterbom Park from hotel. Lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was appealing, something to suit everyone. In-hotel Spa was good, my daughters got a mani-pedi and were made to feel special. I got a great massage. Rooms were neat and clean. Pool was clean and fun for the kids to swim in. We came down with Bali Belly, and the cleaning staff were so helpful and quickly responded to our request for clean towels/sheets.

Nothing we didn't like about the hotel, but noisy surroundings in the morning.

Have stayed here a few times and it always good. Love the location and the staff at this hotel are excellent. The pool is fantastic and food is great

The rooms were spacious for a hotel room. We organised a cot in the double room and it we all fit with luggage and stroller. Where we stayed overlooked the pool, which was nice. Breakfast and pool were great. The staff are lovely! Hotel is value for money.

The ability to be away from the chaos on the streets outside the hotel.. was lovely to be able to close that off and refresh, then head back out into it

Only a minor thing, but it would be good to see different things at the buffet every day.. ie there were many options, but maybe have less options, and rotate them..

I got the room in a very affordable price considering the hotel in the Kuta area and very strategic. The breakfast was fine,the room was spacious and comfy. It was near mini market and open 24 hrs. The environment was great and safe for going around late at night.

The staff are exceptional. Extremely friendly and professional. Ardi was very helpful and a great communicator and friendly. Really felt like family at Bali Rani. I loved my 7 days at the hotel. Returning next year.

Everything, couldn't have felt more comfortable. Everyone was fantastic and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was the best.

There is nothing I could complain about, Was so happy there. Hoping next year I can afford to stay again.

A great little cheap hotel right in the middle of everything. The staff were great and the food was amazing. The rooms are on the small side but clean.
