no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. no latch or lock on door. the key that’s used to turn on power was the only key to lock room from inside. so if you took key off to lock your room the room went dark with no lights

Great location but still quiet. Very comfortable & private in the villa with pool. Excellent value for $$

The kitchen in the villa could have been a bit better with perhaps a microwave but was absolutely fine for our purposes.

Wifi was not available in the rooms but available at the lobby

Kusuma Resort is a gem in the heart of Seminyak, close to the beach and the main streets but at the same time super quiet. Room was very spacious and clean. We loved the pool as well. Staff super kind and welcoming.

There was no restaurant or a bar for some snack. One of the day breakfast was not available

I liked that the resort was in a quiet area off the main street but a close walking distance to mini mart, shops, places to eat, and the beach.

Our bathroom, although clean had mould which gave the room a damp smell. Would also have been good if you could order food within the resort (apart from breakfast) rather than having to walk out to get food.

Location is great! 10 min walking from Double Six beach. Walking distance to many shops, pharmacies and Bintang supermarket but away from all the noise from main streets so you can actually rest. Rooms are really spacious and well maintained. The bathroom is also really big. Pool is a great size for kids and adults alike. These place is Paradise in middle of the chaos that Seminyak can be!! I will be back! Staff are great and very friendly!

The bed mattresses were kind of hard and after a few nights my back was hurting. Furniture it's a bit old but all is forgiven because the rest is really great! I had fever one night and felt the AC wasn't actually cooling the room. There wasn't a restaurant in the Hotel. Management told us it would open by Oct 22. We found buffet breakfast in the next Hotel (Heavens) which you can actually cross and reach the main street if you are going to the Supermarket. Not much to fault because we had a great stay!

Older Hotel and has seen better days . But it’s very clean great location and we loved the pool . Less that a two minute walk from so much

Extra large room with large balcony looking over an amazing pool. Location was perfect halfway down Double 6.

Not really a didn't like but maybe a could improve was the bathroom. Was large but a little out dated. The shower was hard to control hot v cold water.

Like the cleanliness, the quiet environment at night, slight away from the main road. Good value for money. Walking distance to beach, convenient stores, spa and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay very much.

I was surprised that there aren't any hairdryer in the room. But I did asked for a hairdryer at the reception afterwards, and I got it. Just a false alarm. Please as for a hairdryer at the reception if you are not bringing your own.

Great hotel in very quiet location despite it being close to shops/bars/ restaurants, and only 150 meters from beach. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was very good and the room kept very clean, and fresh towels daily. Breakfast was reasonably priced and freshly cooked. Room was an excellent size with internal sitting area and a great sized balcony. Tea/coffee replenished daily. Lovely pool area with sufficient sun loungers for this time of year as the hotel wasn't full. Well kept gardens. Would stay here again and would recommend.
