Absolutely everything is awesome! Very hard to beat. All staff employees were excellent. Agastina’s driver serials was awesome! Management and reception staff also awesome! Pools so clean, pool bar dentai serves wonderful cocktails. Breakfast staff and food outstanding thank you to everyone for making our stay incredible!!

This resort was so peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bali city. We booked this place for the last 2 days of our Trip to Bali and it exceeded our expectation. It was a very peaceful stay and the facilities were awesome.

The room could have been slightly bigger but honestly, we were just using it for sleeping so it did not really bother us much. Besides that, the common lounge could use more fans / air conditioning. It wasn't a bit deal right now since we were visiting during the less warmer months, but I reckon it could get fairly hot during warmer months. Besides that, everything was perfect and I would definitely consider this place again during my next stay.

The pool was beautiful - not too large and not crowded with noisy children. The cabanas were amazing and lovely to lie on and relax. The breakfast was also excellent; while only offering simple choices (fruit, toasts and cereals, yoghurt etc), what was available was delicious and well cooked. The bacon was the best (so many places in Bali cook the bacon until it's like leather jerky - this bacon was delicious).

The bathrooms could do with a bit of an overhaul - there was some mould evident in the grout and the mirrors were flaking at the edges. However, the rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job with what they had to work with.

Good Location! super friendly and helpful staff! the main pool didn’t get a lot of sun so was a bit chilly, but in saying that it was a great way to cool off and there was the family pool option which was fantastic! there were renovations happening as well so some of the rooms were being updated, very minimal impact to our stay which was great!

food at the restaurant took a long time to come out. we waited two hours for entrees and mains for a table of three with only one other table of two sitting at the restaurant so we didn’t eat there again

Loved the buffet breakfast it was amazing. Definitely worth paying a bit extra and saving money elsewhere to eat out and having a good morning meal before you start your day. They double deluxe room was cozy. Access to Netflix was great. Love the little day bed on the terrace and being able to feel like you’re at the pool with it over the terrace. The swim up bar was a great feature and great seating by the pool to relax. The grounds were very well kept, clean and orderly. The staff were very friendly.

Just that the main pool barely got sun so if you get back in the afternoon, the pool can be quiet cool as it is shaded more of the day. Also try not to leave any food in your room, a few little ants were around our belongings but more so when we left a cup of apple juice for a few hours.

Loved this Resort close to shops restaurants the beach Staff are so friendly would definitely stay there again .

I loved the serenity of the resort - even though it's close to the beach and busy shop area as soon as you get to the resort you can't hear the noise or traffic and the beautifully maintained gardens and environment is so peaceful and relaxing- exactly what I want. All the staff we encountered from check in to pool to restaurant were so friendly. Breakfast was great! We also really appreciated the restaurant preparing our breakfast to go for our early departure- it was so nice and made our morning so much easier. The Anjali Spa was so nice and I didn't realise how big it was and how many staff were there. Thanks Anggira for my massage which was so relaxing. The family pool was perfect for us and enjoyed the afternoon tea. Also got laundry done which was great. Wish we could've stayed longer. Thankyou to everyone there.

Not the hotels fault - but because we have two girls under 4, the pool villa made things a little tricky with safety. But next time I would just book a non pool villa if there was one.

This resort is located very close to Seminyak Beach, with just a 5 to 7 minute walking distance. The pool is stunning, and the overall ambiance of this resort is incredibly beautiful. The floating breakfast tray at this Astagina is offered at a slightly more price compared to other resorts. It is priced at only IDR 100,000 at other resort in Seminyak, whereas in Astagina charged at IDR 200,000. 1. I would recommend travelers to exchange their currency at authorized money changers that provide receipts. It is important to exercise extra caution when purchasing or exchanging currency in this area, as it is known for its presence of deceitful individuals who may cause your cash to disappear after you have exchanged it at money changers. BE EXTRA CAREFUL 2. Opting to rent a bike instead of a car for visiting the nearby shopping places is a more cost-effective and time-efficient choice. The traffic in this area is highly unpredictable, making a bike rental a better option. or walking too better option if you can walk far. 3. The suite room is looking beautiful and comfortable for couple or with children's. 4. The 2-bedroom suite only has one bathroom, which can be troublesome in the morning when everyone is in a rush to use it. Otherwise should be fine. The room is comfortable as well 5. Astagina offered FREE evening tea for all stay 6. Restaurants, Bar located walking distance just a 5 to 10mins. 7. Overall the resort is very beautiful

The resort was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and looked after me since they knew I was travelling on my own. Great food options in the restaurant, small pool but well shaded with a waterfall by the beer garden and they served alcohol in the restaurant too. I stayed in a very spacious two story villa with everything I needed and the hot water and pressure was great in the bathroom. English Tv channel options was good too. 9mins from the beach and shopping is 2mins away. You can also get a cheap aircon Taxi $3 to Seminyak Square for more shopping options.

The lighting through out the villa could have been brighter. Safety issues could occur going down the stairs and it's very dark downstairs in the living area. Their pizza's were like the 'frozen TV variety' kind (biscuit base).

Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants, hotel and gardens immaculately presented, pool was beautiful, swim up bar, lots of pool chairs/beds, free daily afternoon tea, breakfast yummy with different options each morning, 2 bedroom pool villa awesome and exceeded our expectations, friendly and attentive staff

We booked 12 months prior and received an email 5 days before checkin advising we would be unable to book into our 2 bedroom pool villa on the first night due to "maintenance" but upon checkin staff informed us there were guests checked into that room so they had obviously overbooked. Very disappointed but in the end, we stayed in 2 bedroom suite first night then checked into 2 bedroom pool villa for remaining stay. The pool villa was spectacular.
