Bad experience with food twice. Breakfast one morning and went down to order food for our rooms. The staff, 2 woman were giggling and on their phones. Being unprofessional. Food was cold all the way through. So obviously pre made which is fine but chicken was cold when you bit into it. Left all meals uneaten.

Staff are absolutely beautiful, eager to please and so helpful. Location is excellent. Considering the pandemic, staff shortages and Bali only just coming back after 2 long years Kusnadi is doing it's best to clean up and get back to ususal business. Renovations are happening.

Nice hotel Balinese style but getting a bit dated. Room was pool view, quite big with coffee and tea making facility, large renovated bathroom.. Nice pool area but not much shade. Good area to stay for bars and restaurants. . would stay there again.

Room was a bit dated but bathroom had been refurbished. Good shower but no mirror over sink. Only one small mirror in bed room. Bed comfy enough but think need updating . Few Mozzy about at dusk when sitting on patio but not too bad . Note. Large bath in partial open area but not clean to use.

Lovely gardens and old style Balinese setting. Staff were generally helpful.

WiFi reception was generally poor, particularly in the hotel rooms. The hotel also has a problem with cats. We had to request a change of room as cats were in the roof and sometimes fighting outside our room.

good location, easy walk to Seminyak, Kuta or the beaches. Bathrooms are outdated but overall value for money. Definitely not disappointed. 3rd time there and will be back.

Grounds are beautiful, pool was good, good prices from Restaurant and bar, and warm, friendly staff. A massive array of bars and restaurants only steps away from the Hotel

Loved the location. Chapter 2 and Sugar Rays right opposite. Staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. Grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area perfect for relaxing.

The location of this place is fantastic and walking distance to pretty much anything you could need. The hotel clientele is older so it's pretty quiet and relaxed around the place. The pool is great with steps and rail and there is also a kiddie pool. The bed is really comfortable and there is about 100 channels on the tv.

The towels are washed but they are stained and quite thin. It is 3 star so can see some tiredness inside. A shower screen in bathroom would also go a long way to containing the water although the shower is one of the best I've had in Bali. Block out curtains would also be nice. Saying all that I would definitely stay here again.

Resturant beer fridge needs to be colder, beer was not cold. Pool needs hand rails for older people to be able to get out, steps are sometimes to high for older people hand rails will help with this. Breakfast warmers need to be hotter. Room 201 needs entry door fixed, curtains are ripped. Room 202 needs bathroom door fixed
