Great for airport and free shuttle service is useful. Welcoming friendly helpful efficient staff in all departments. Spacious clean room, comfortable queen bed with lovely pillows and clean white linen and towels. Useful tea and coffee facilities and refrigerator. Hot water shower with complimentary toiletries. Various English TV channels and good WiFi. Great breakfast buffet and restaurant menu is reasonably priced and well cooked. Hotel was so good that I decided to change my onward travel plans and stay to enjoy the facilities

It's a shame the free airport shuttle timings are not on website...I would have used it rather than Taxi on arrival. Otherwise no complaints

Really close to the airport and the free shuttle makes for an easy trip to the airport. The room was very clean and the water beautifully hot. The room was also very big. The reception staff were excellent. The lobby is also very comfortable.

Flies! The restaurant had so many flies that it was difficult to eat without one landing on your spoon. Although the room is excellent value to restaurant is very expensive. The food is ok but given the price it is not great. During the evening there was a lot of noice from Housekeeping staff. They were outside our room for a long time. Their walkie-talkie was constantly in use and was very loud. The other guest were also very noisy and our door was tried by random people five separate times. I think it was just people getting the wrong room and was not malicious but it was very disconcerting.

Perfect for one night before/after catching your flight from Medan. I had a spacious room that was spotless and super comfortable. I loved that they had a free airport shuttle which even though it runs only every two hours worked out perfectly well for me. Breakfast was really good - lots and of variety and a good mix of Asian & Western food. The staff speaks sufficient English.

I checked in quite late and had the feeling that the staff wasn’t super motivated to answer my questions at this time of the day (which is understandable). I could sort out my questions with them without any problems the next morning. They have their own ATM which unfortunately did not work when I tried to withdraw money in the morning.

Great clean room with very comfy beds and great shower. All staff (and there are a lot) are friendly and welcoming. Very decent breakfast with a lot of western options. Nice swimming pool.

The restaurant: Food is way below average. Only 1 vegetarian option: Mie Goreng with vegetables was limited to 1 vegetable. Club sandwich asked with tuna had also 2 slices of meat in it. Pizza undercooked. Food took ages to be served and was quite expensive. Unfortunately there is no other option in the neighborhood to have dinner. Small portions. If they would update the restaurant food menu, this hotel would get 10/10.

Great location for airport with free shuttle and airport to city train. Definitely the best breakfast buffet in all the hotels I've stayed at in Indonesia over 2 months. Great variety of hot and cold foods. Efficient friendly staff. Restaurant menu also good.. well cooked and presented at a good hotel price. Highly recommend

I didn't try the pool as everyone gets in fully clothed...looked like a washing machine..I'm understanding of Muslim culture but appropriate swimwear is available

The "sound proof" quality of this hotel is very special. 1. You won't hear people talking in next room 2. But you can hear it very loudly when people use tap water, flush toilet or put a cup on the table. The noise can from next room, or next of next room, or the room above you. Maybe these sound waves can't be effectively filtered out by the hotel's walls. I lived a whole week here. My advice for light sleepers is, 1. Use earplugs on Saturday nights, when the rooms are nearly fully booked 2. You should be OK on other days, when there are not so many people

We stayed here 2 nights with 2 separate bookings. The staff were extremely nice, we had booked breakfast for our 2nd stay but our flights got changed and we needed to swap breakfast to our first stay, the staff accommodated this and also helped us out with anything we needed. The hotel provided all the fresh/ clean water we needed during our stay. Hotel was very close to the airport. Also when we came back to the hotel the staff remembered us and made us feel extremely welcome. Great experience all round.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good.

We accidentally had two reservations made for this night. Our traveling companion had his travel agent book our two rooms after I had already booked rooms for both of us. Despite numerous attempts to have the second reservation cancelled prior to our arrival and when we arrived that did not happen. So the rooms were paid for twice, which has been very frustrating.

The airport is so close ! If you're searching for a place to rest before to take your plane the next day, this is it. There is a free pick up from the hotel to the airport. About a 15 min trip At scheduled times. Super easy. There is a restaurant that was ok. Staff is really friendly. Bed was really confortable.

They gave me a room which had painting jobs just in front. Like literally in front of my door was plastic and the smell of paint was strong. I had to step on plastic protection to get in my room. I did not understand as the hotel is big and my first thought was they could have given me another room especially from all the floor there were only like 3 rooms with work outside. So my first impression was not good. I did not go back downstairs to complain as I was exhausted but one hour later workers were gone and all had been cleaned. So it was ok.

staff was pleasant and professional. food was excellent. it was very clean. location from airport good.

swimming pool had a broken grill in pool, which was broken for a long time. (admission from staff) my son caught his toe in it. he got a deep cut from it. no first aid kit on available. I complained, I was assured the manger will speak to me. no response from management. pool was kept open, nothing was done about the hazard. management responsible not staff.
