The Lively Hotel Kualanamu Airport Medan

It is close to the airport, quiet, clean and in good repair. Coffee, tea, and toast with matcha available at 4am was a bonus we did not expect. Perfect for a night before your flight. There are several restaurants and coffee places to eat at and an indomart all within a block.

The room is so small we both laughed when we saw it. It was fine since it was nice looking, clean, and we could store our suitcases under the bed easily.

Hotel is perfect for a quick night stop, prior to flying. Great value, and excellent location/proximity to the airport. I was very pleased with the Airport shuttle they provided to me at 4.30am ! (small cost, but 100% worth it) . As with every hotel I've stayed in Indonesia, the rooms/bathroom could do with refurbishment, but always nice and clean ! In the complex around the hotel there are a few food options and KFC.

The room is very small --- literally a bed and walkway as wide as the door. But that's fine for a quick overnight stay. The bathroom extraction was not good, and there was even condensation in the bedroom after I showered.

1 night stay to get to airport next morning. staff is super helpful and take care of everything. good airconditioning in room, hot shower, good bed.

our window was broken so we found a giant cockroach in our room the next morning. but of a foggy smell in the mean area. overall price quality good!

The room is basically a large capsule and as a transit hotel it does what it needs to. You have everything in the room needed and there a plenty of places within the transit hub park to get food etc. There is also an indomaret. Equivalent to Seven eleven in Malaysia.

The reception area is quite bleak. As a transit hub it's fine, but if you have 12 hours to kill it could with some more facilities.

Perfect budget place for a short stay before or after your flight. Quite clean. In the morning very early it is posible to have coffe and toasts. The airport transfer for 50.000 rupias at any time- 10 minutes ride. Near it is a very good malesian restaurant Paparich.

Be careful. Only 2 or 4 rooms have windows. They changed us the room without any problem. The walls are very thin. The water not very hot.

Very convenient location - about a 10-15 min drive from airport. Have a shuttle for an extra Rp50000 each way. The highlight was Edwin, the gentleman in reception who was so incredibly helpful from start to finish (with excellent English).

Room is very small but completely adequate for a short layover.

1. The hotel didn't pick me up from the airport. I have to pay 3X taxi fare. 2. The first two nights my room has no tv remote control and uses a key to open the door. 3. Third night l have to moved to a better room.

It's the third time I have stayed there. It's not far from the airport. Cheap and clean. Staff very nice

The man in the next room was snoring all night and making strange sounds. Also the Aircon would be better a bit warmer

Extremely helpful and kind staff. The place isn’t great but is good value for money. Rooms are small but comfy. Near the airport and an excellent option for a day layover.
