This was perfect for an overnight stay before early flight. Transfer to the airport is 50k We had a double bed bunk in the mixed dorm. There are blackout curtains and aircon in the room We were able to leave our luggage on an unmade bunk (I asked permission first) because the storage lockers were out of order. The showers were hot and powerful The receptionists who checked us in were friendly. There are a few food places nearby. We ate at PappaRich, which is a chain but had nice food, reasonable prices Toast, tea and coffee is available for breakfast Good value for money

I stayed in a single pod. It had a plug socket, light and a fold down table big enough for laptop. The pods are not really big enough for you and your bag so if you want your bag in with you, opt for one of the doubles. The bag can be left outside the pod though. Pod and facilities were clean. Good WiFi. They arranged my same day laundry and transport to airport. Breakfast was toast and tea and coffee. Basic but did the job. Refill of water also available. Two nice cafes just a 2 minute walk away. Perfect place to stay for transiting through.

There is no lift and the pods are up three flights of stairs. Just a heads up.

Close to the airport and great shuttle service for just 50IDR to the airport. Toast-"Breakfast" is of course very simple, but still nice that there is no need for running around to find something by yourself in the morning. Beds were spacious enough for two people. Staff was helpful.

Everything looks a bit run down. There were some cabins not yet prepared with bed sheets, where the matresses didn't look very appetizing. The lockers underneath were broken. The shower was sadly cold. And toilette paper was gone by the evening. But for the money we paid, it's really nothing to complain about seriously.

Shower wasn’t great and not a lot of hot water. Needs improving. Some of the rooms have light bulbs that need replacing and also toilet hose that needs fixing. Some attention to detail is needed for some of the things not working in some of the room which I stayed in. You would think that a hotel should be keeping on top of things like this.

I like this property because the price is reasonable for transit hotel. There are also convinient store and restaurant around this accomodation. They also have airport shuttle that cost IDR. 50000, I kinda like this because it's very convinient and its a good price.

I am actually okay with this but maybe this feedback could be useful for the property. During my stay, there was a family with baby staying there. It was not very pleasant because the baby was crying for quite some times and for several times.

There have been a few reviews on here to say that the hotel isn't clean. I stayed here and it was very clean and comfortable. Also they are excellent at communicating about being picked up from the airport. This put my mind at ease being a solo traveler. For this reason I highly recommend them. They also helped me get a local SIM card too. There are many places to eat around the area. So all in all, a good stopover hotel from the airport.

Nothing really.

Staying around Kualanamu is not optimal, but if it can't be helped, My Studio is a good option. It is large, at the top of a sister hotel in a complex of hotels. The beds are clean and in private cubicles. The staff was kind, they let me check in early. Food in the morning. 50,000 to the airport (transport is a ripoff all around KNO, there is definitely a taxi mafia mindset). Good AC!

On the negative side, there is nothing of interest around, no cheap food, and it can be loud. Can't beat the price though.

Great host showing real concern for guest. Very friendly reception. Breakfast with unlimited breads and coffee. Comfy bed. Hairdryer available upon request. Water boiler available. Super nice and big public area to relax or use laptop. Great price in terms of quality.

No hot shower. Location is good if you have a vehicle, but bad if you want to find public transport. Staff speak little English. Electricity stopped once but resumed within 15 minutes. Some cleaner staff like talking in the bedroom where guests sleep.
