Staff team were great and helped us to organise tours during the day. Unfortunately, we travelled to Munduk during a national celebration period, so lots of the restaurants/Warungs close to the hotel were shut, but the hotel staff gave great recommendations of other Warungs to eat nearby and organised a taxi for us to each them, where we had some amazing food, freshly prepared by wonderful families, particularly in Warung Classic and Warung Heaven.

Breakfast was quite basic.

We had a great experience, as we arrived our room was not entirely finished and due to fact that we had to wait for our room the staff prepared meals for us while waiting which improved our experience despite the „inconvenience“. The rooms were spacious and we felt very good and comfortable in them. The food was delicious and very affordable. The staff did an overall excellent job. The breakfast menu was delicious even tho it was a bit small. The coffee was good. The staff always managed to help us with our questions and needs. We’d come again 🙏🏼

The door lock of the room felt a bit unsafe but it did it’s job. The scooters driving on the street were loud but the staff offered earplugs.

Really great staff and beautiful view. They rented a motorbike to us for 80k a day no problem. Really nice pool and not too far away from good restaurants (by motorbike)

Breakfast was good but sometimes not enough. Whenever we asked for more they were more than ready to help us so no problem at all! We decided to leave a night earlier since we wanted to visit other places too and they refund the money to us for that night!

It has a really Nice swimming pool with an amazing Mountain View. The staffs are really polite. The rooms are big and clean.

Our room was on the road side so we could hear the cars and motos, it is quite far from the waterfalls, we walked once but we got quite tired and took us 2h just to get to the entrance. The breakfast is basic, and if you stay for a ong time it can be tiring.

They offered breakfast, and they brought it to the room if requested. The views, the staff, the room was very beautiful and it felt like a piece of paradise. There's a nice restaurant to the right of the lodge and there are really nice rice fields a bit of a way to the left. You may want a scooter or walk.

There are many steps to get to your room ☺️ get ready for a good workout

It is beautiful for starters. The staff went above and beyond helping with everything and offering options of things to do. The food they cooked was so yummy. We went on a trek with their guide to a waterfall and through the area which was amazing too. The view of the sunset is to die for.

The staff is so lovely and generous. They welcomed us under the rain, cooked delicious meals in their restaurant (with a great view), took the time to discuss with us on many topics, and prepared a take-away breakfast on our last day (while we left at 4 am). Room is spacious and private, includes a balcony, bed is comfy, pool is amazing, and you can explore easily the nature around (waterfalls, etc.).

our room was facing the pool, at the same time with a very beautiful view of the hills. at the hotel they serve us lunch at 4 pm even though the restaurant opened at 7 pm

Poor internet connection

the location and view are spectacular, especially the sunset over the pool. The room is huge with TV setup fully functional with media player, HDMI cable for your laptop and the bed is really comfy. The staff is the best and they do everything for you to have a great time. We had the best time!
