The villas were stunning, so quiet and calming. The perfect cross between a hotel and villa. Spa services were outstanding.

Restaurant left a lot to be desired but the staff tried to be so accommodating.

Great breakfast, loved the egg florentine. Also loved that there was a small outdoor area under the building to relax and have breakfast. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room had a charming design. Quite secluded so there's no noise pollution, save for the occasional dog barking.

It would have been nice to have a place to put the shampoo, soap, etc in the shower stall. I had to place everything on the floor. TV reception was also quite poor, very grainy. But these are minor issues. Value for money is still pretty great.

First of all the place is really amazing. Staff were always nice and friendly. We stayed at the ethnic villa and we really like it. it is spacious and traditional. we enjoyed the floating breakfast. at least once in your life you have to do it. food at the restaurant was ok. the swimming pool was clean and wonderful.

we enjoyed our stay, however it would have been nice to have more vegan option as the breakfast had only bread and fruits. we ask for sheets change as there were stains but i guess it is the standard in Bali because even the new ones were a little bit dirty. during the night we heard many dogs barking because close to the hotel there are local houses.

We had an incredible stay at Alindra Villa! From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Adi (we think that's the name, sorry if we got it wrong!) and some welcome juice. We stayed in Ethnic Villa 2 for the majority of our stay and it was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous traditional design Villa with a large comfortable bed, seating area inside and on the porch, beautiful big outdoor bathroom, and a small outdoor kitchen area. The staff came by everyday to see if we wanted the room cleaned or new sheets. We also ate from the restaurant on a few occasions - the food was delicious and portion sizes were great! The complex also has two pools, jacuzzis, and an area where you can get a massage or other treatments. The two main highlights for us were, firstly, the absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained gardens throughout, and secondly but most importantly, how amazing and attentive the staff were. In particular, Adam, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, as well as arranging (alongside Adi from reception) for some items of clothing to be tailored for us! Thanks again for a fabulous stay - extremely highly recommended!

The structure is absolutely gorgeous. It doesn't feel like you are in a city as everything is so paradisiac. We stayed in the ethnic villas, on two different occasions, so we had two different villas. One - Ethnic 4 - was absolutely fantastic and beyond all our expectations, we enjoyed "our little heaven" from the porch of the villa an it was nice and relaxing. The second villa we booked for two extra nights was not the same level but still quite nice, but totally a different experience I must say. Amazing swimming pool and garden. From the villas it's easy to reach many spots and beaches, at reception so very good and strategic location. Very nice place overall and I would book it again, it's also good price.

A little more attention to the details in the rooms would be good... I left specific feedback at the reception and hope they will be taken into consideration.

The breakfast was presented as options on paper, people needed to choose, during the previous evening, one type of breakfast from their options. There is no open buffet, which is very incovenient, because we (my family and friends) like to choose maybe one piece from various. When ordered other items from breakfast list, the staff was very slow. Maybe because they are understaffed and many rooms & tables asking for breakfast, but slow in the way that the bread came after half an hour and the eggs were completely cold by then. In another morning, the eggs were so uncooked, no one could eat them. The bathtub was rather overused and old, looking at the signs from it. The pillows in one room were so big, no one could use them.

We had the chance to be at Alindra using a Booking limited offer. For the price of a hotel room we stayed on a wonderful pool villa and that was simply fabolous. Not only our villa, but all the Alindra complex with its gardens, pools, restaurant, were very high standard. Not to talk about the always ready to help staff.

Definitely, if there was a black spot in our stay that was the mosquitos. We don't know why, but our villa was the place in Indonesia were we found the highest concentration of Tiger mosquitoes. This is not a personal feeling. Nowhere else you can find, among the amenities of the room, along the soap, shampoo or bath gel, an insect repellent. So the property is aware of this issue and try to help, but our little guests were just about to ruin the experience in some moments (particularly when going to sleep).

The property is extremely clean. Foods are delicious in Terracotta Restaurant. On top of everything, the staffs are very well behaved,helpful and always smile.

Only complain I have is about my bedding arrangement. We got a Queen size bed for our room and a just single bed for my 12 & 14 years old kids which unacceptable. Because I have clearly mentioned the number of guests during booking through booking.com and management mentioned that it’s not their fault and offered extra bed with additional cost. I refused to do so because I have already paid for 4 then why should pay again.

The location was good, close to nusa dua, 5mins walk to amenities, 1,5km suka2 Japanese rest and few other restaurant, we enjoy walking so it was good. We stayed in Grand Villas of 2 room and private pool, was awesome and enjoyable. Staffs in reception and housekeeping very polite and kind enough to help. The place look exactly as per what we saw in picture and the whole site looks great.

One of the room AC not very cool, once told they fix it, its not cool enough still but we can live with it. Lunch & breakfast was great. The main problem was mosquito, the room we can keep it close but outside near pool at night is open area hence lot of mosquito, they need to add mosquito net to prevent it totally. The other problem was there some maintenance work that on and off was noisy in one of the afternoon, I complained they compensate it with lunch complimentary so we are even :) the other issue they can fix is get everyone in the facility to greet and smile so they can create positive ambient specially management staffs.
