Nice pool , nice restaurant on spot

Access to infinity beach club pool was by 500 000IDR deposit (you could buy food and drinks of 350 000IDR with it). We didn't know before arriving at the infinity beach club that the access to the pool is extra charge. I recommend using the hotel pool for free instead of ~2h roundtrip to the infinity beach club and the extra fee.

Staff was super friendly. Pool and fitness center were very nice. Breakfast was great with a good selection

The location was far from most things and on a busy street if you are walking. The beach club was a very nice touch, but the staff did not really provide much information of how to get there and when. After may questions we figured out the hotel only provide transportation there 3 days a week. After finally getting to the beach club the stuff told us the club is open 7 days a week to visit. Another confusing thing was, we could only get transport to the beach club but not back to the hotel. We arrive at the beach club to find only us there, so why transportation back? I think the hotel so really provide more information and transport to the beach club as we really enjoyed our day there😀.

Room and the air conditioning was great. I was happy with my room, a nice size, good view & extremely quiet. Others have told me the front section of the hotel does have some noise. Facility was not too large. The staff were very helpful especially with help with transport or needing a phone call in Indonesian to be made or explanations needed. Location is good, easy for transport to find, just off the main tourist areas. Most of the guests were Indonesian on holidays which added to the atmosphere of being overseas. Food service was good. Tea & coffee making is possible, with a small fridge. I made my own breakfasts in the room & only had their paid breakfast twice. There is a nice coffee shop next door, though it doesn't open till 11a.m. & also local minimarkets & resturants, though the ones at the hotel are okay. Cocktail hour is good. It is good for Gojet transport & also you can order food via Gojet, many of their Indonesian guests do.

There was a nice area on the roof, but almost no shade. The swimming pools were in the full sun most of the time. Also music played in some of outdoor & restaurant areas continually.

the room is clean. The double bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The hotel provided standard amenities and sandals which were handy.

Towels were a bit old and dirty with a few spots, one big towel was smelly, but all good as the hotel staff brought new ones which were much better. But the next day the housekeper took the used towels even though the towels weren’t put on the floor, which could have been used again. Food served at breakfast was nothing special. it was okay but could have been better with the variant. Location wise is not recommended if you want to stay close to attractions/beaches. For the price it is recommended since it is nearby the airport (under 20 mins by car) and Nusa Dua (around 15 mins by scooter) as I only need a place to rest.

Large selection of food in the breakfast buffet (more for Asian guests 😊). The room was big and clean (the room was in the middle of the hotel). The shower was specifically not part of the toilet. Rooftop pool with a view (but no shade😪😪). The employees are smiling, helpful... Parking for cars is in the basement in the cool and secure.

At breakfast, I missed something more European (sausages, cheese, hot dogs,...) The pool is on the roof, but there is no shade except for 2 sunbeds with a roof. I missed umbrellas or a roof at least one part of the pool could be in the shade! I also missed umbrellas on the beach (Ibiza and Bali). There are no hangers in the room and bathroom where you could hang a shower towel, wet bathing suit, wet T-shirt,...

Amazing breakfast (here the staff was very welcoming), the pool, the view, location is also good but you need a bike or call taxi. Rent bike. Thanks for the free shuttle to the beach club (but you need to pay food there) also thanks for the dinner and 2 drinks

I felt they were distrustful especially when I rented a bike. First I had to go with the staff to double check the bike, he wrote what was damaged (and this is a normal procedure) but then when they got upset and took it badly when I told him that I also wanted to go with him to double check. I'm pretty sure which he did on purpose and left me waiting 30 minutes until he asked me to go, with with a lot of arrogance. The same when I did checkout, I had to wait 30 minutos so that hotel could double check the room. Also the room was pointing towards the entrance and I was always listening the lobby music and people talking.

Kiddies pool perfect for our young kids and right next to adult pool so that we could all swim as a family. Cleaning each day was exceptional! Rooftop was beautiful. Staff were very polite. We had 7 adults and 3 babies stay! Was very nice and felt safe.

Really dark interior.. was obviously on purpose.. but dim lights everywhere was rough lol. They changed the price of breakfast on our 3rd day randomly.. by more than 60% increase.. had to pay for everything when you ordered it, couldn't put anything on the room. This was a little difficult and inconvenient to be handling money allll the time, usually at hotels we can settle at the end of our stay.

The pool is pretty but i have no time to swim there as the schedule quite packed. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and it is buffet type. many options. We have joined the tour to Nusa Penida tour and need to depart from hotel at 6.30am. it is quite early to have breakfast, hotel has prepared the breakfast box for us, so that we can have our breakfast during the trip to Nusa Penida. it is highly recommended. We have dining also in the cafe located in hotel. The food is tasty and the environment is very comfortable.

I loved the restaurant, the breakfast, the canang class, the yoga class, the clean room, the room service, the gym, the pool, the friendly staff. I loved Bella, - such a beatiful and helpful soul, also another favourite staff at reception , I forgot her name, but she is on the photo advertising the massage. They are amazing. I will definitely recomment this

Time to time it could be nice to clean the pool area, specially the sunbeds. Also it would be great to provide free shuttle service after 6pm from Melasti beach. ( because the last one was about 5pm ) and who wants to leave the beach before sunset?? It would be nice to change the music on the rooftop, get more variety of different music, because it was always the same.
