We must admit that Made's (the operations manager's) team did a great job in our case. Communication with most staff members was excellent and we felt that they wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast menu was varied for us, and for our child we requested special foods every day (e.g. pasta, chicken crispy, fish and chips, etc.).

The entire building will be renovated and the rooms upgraded until the end of 2023, according to our understanding. With the upgrade of the building, perhaps the gym and kids corner will also be improved :)

Nice comfy room with pool access. The pool really nice and good size. Staff are lovely and welcoming.

Breakfast was really good but they need another person to help cook eggs. On one morning there was a line of about 8-9 people in front of me waiting for eggs and only one cooking. The person cooking the eggs was doing a great job bit with it being so busy, they need 2 people. I waited 25 minutes for eggs. By the time I got to my table to join my family, the rest of my food was cold.

They have amazing pool and bar with happy hours. Room was good. Staff is always kind, friendly, ready to help with anything. WiFi speed is good also. They have parking places and parking. Hotel has no steps entry and elevator, so it good for wheelchaired persons.

Small nit - every 4 hours wifi connection should be prolonged by loggin in.

We liked the location, close to beach and markets. Breakfast was okey, room was clean and staff was friendly.

There wasn’t enough sun beds next to the pool. We had a room with a balcony - and it was in the street side - very loud every night, needed to put cotton wool in ears, so we could normally sleep. Avoid to choose room on the street side.

Really clean and all the toiletries were provided and replenished every day. Staff were lovely and very helpful, so much difference to the Ubud stay. Just a walk away from beaches and the Bali collection ( probably 30 min walk- if you try after 5 when the sun goes down, it's a great walk and beautiful view)

We had lunch once with them, quite a small portion compared to other restaurants, but at a reasonable price.

Location was fantastic, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. A few convenience stores nearby and chemist which is a minute walk. The restaurants nearby are amazing and worth a try. Breakfast was delicious and good variety of items

Some areas certainly need some refurbishments done, hopefully this will be looked at soon as the staff are amazing

lovely friendly staff. i only stayed one night on my way to airport, the honest truth is i use Ibis in europe when im staying at an airport so i know what to expect. i found it weird to see this as a resort, so a bit familiar i stayed... gets teh job done, clean.. quiet..

i could not imagine staying here for a resort. the wine selection was awful..people did not speak english... its more of a place to stay for travel not a destination... but that is only because im european anyhow.. clean, good value and nice people ..so stay =) ..yes corporate..

It was clean and comfortable. The location was good as well. Very comfortable for families.

The breakfast was really bad, we found nothing to eat as a vegetarian family, no fresh and healthy options at all. The swimming pool is big but very shallow, like 1 meter shallow. Very good for younger kids though ☺️

Breakfast was not included in the room cost, but while I took breakfast in Onsight pay mode, its good, but not wide range of varieties, fruits, yogurt etc were available.
