- Morning coffee with sea view - food for a reasonable price - nice staff - free water every day

the Beach in front of the hotel is not really for swimming, the beach itself is lovely with sunbeds and umbrellas, the water is quite dirty though. we went to other beaches for swimming. the walls in the hotel are quite thin - you can hear every sound from everywhere.

The roof top pool and gym were mercifully empty so we had a great workout and was able to sunbathe topless.

The tiles in the pools are broken in places This is bound to cause an injury. The noise from other guests leaving their rooms early in the morning was a nuisance. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was undrinkable, consequently we only ate there once. The pasta ordered from the room service was revolting. The sheets had holes in and should have been repaired or replaced.

Good clean facilities. Location on the beach was great. Staff very friendly. Infinity pool was very quiet and perfect view.

Bit of walk to get to good restaurants and daily supplies.

At the check out they asked us to pay 100.000rp for dirty sheets on one day (when we were 22 days there). It was weird. I didn't pay, because to me - to change a dirty sheet is one of the main purposes of the hotel and it IS included in the price of every night. Other thing is that the beach is not very clean and the ocean is not deep, but with little children it was ok. 🦟 Be aware of mosquitos at the sunset!!!! (6:30pm) There are millions of them!!! Same breakfast every morning... So for 22 mornings we were already pretty sick of it... Don't recommend staying here for so long as we did) Everyone was asking us already when do we leave 😅

Modern hotel with all the facilities for the great holiday! Suitable for couple with the kids. There is a comfortable sunbath area close to the main restaurant area, where you can enjoy the sea view while having a meal. There is a good spa, gym, infinity pool on the top floor. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended!

There is a bit of a damage on the ceiling due to the humidity. But it’s the only thing I can think of. Regarding the beach, it’s not one of the best beaches in Bali, but it’s great to have a possibility to swim with comfort and the sand is very pleasant!

The location is incredible. It's along the 3-5 mile running/walking/bike path along the beach. It's in the same area as many resorts but has all the essentials plus some nice touches. There are a maximum of two bikes for rental at good price of 50,000 rp/2 hours, which is long enough to go to the end of the path and back. The rooftop and courtyard pools are good size, 1.2 meters deep, and very refreshing in the heat. The hotel is close walk to restaurants, ATMs, spa and massage, convenience stores, and small shops. The hotel breakfast is one of the few places nearby to eat open as early as 7 am and offers plain or veggie omelettes. There is a fitness center with some cardio equipment, dumb bells,, and a resistance band bench set. The pools and gym all have convenient bathrooms and showers. The colorful decor in the lobby and courtyard liven up the space. The bamboo restaurant on the beach is a gorgeous building and has good food and drink (including non-alcoholic drink options). The hotel is pleasantly quiet in the evening.

The television is antenna, had inconsistent reception, and limited options. It would be nice to have more than 2 bikes available for rent for all guests.

Private beach. Modern bedrooms, convenient clean pack in the bathroom.. open and easy access to facilities. Borrow towels and phone charges. Delicious buffet breakfast. Dinner at the second restaurant has a delicious seafood pasta. Motorbikes to be rent next to the beach area as well as the sport activities and scuba course.

Manager should consider painting the walls in the corredor more often as well as fixing the humidity problem. More signals about where the social areas are, is recommended along the corridos and map of the area when you do check in. Even better if social areas can be use until 10pm. This hotel has lots of potential to be even more popular., keep the good job.

If you want to do water sports the location is perfect, if you want to go for a walk or a nicer dinner i would recommend taking a taxi to a different area. The place is very clean and the beds are amazing, you will always have fresh drinking water and tea and coffee in your room, clean towels and all the complimentary. The safe works perfectly, the staff is very kind and the beach chairs are very comfy.

The restaurant was very bad, expensive for very small plates and cold food. Service wasn't terrible but it wasn't very good either. It's beautiful but not good. The shower isn't the best but it's not the worst, you will always have hot water if needed.

Excellent & very friendly staff. Clean rooms & easily accessible to the pools & beach. It’s nice that hotel has bicycles that you can hire to ride around on. Ground floor rooms are the best as it’s very easy to access the pool & beach. Infinity pool is amazing. Wonderful area with restaurants & a mini market in walking distance from hotel. Next door to watersports. T

Wi-Fi is very very poor. I had to either sit outside or at the lobby to get a good connection. At breakfast, the chef at the egg station is very very slow & you have to wait forever as she can’t seem to multitask between an omelet & sunnyside eggs. Day spa is very pricey, however we did find a spa next to our hotel that does terrific massages at half the price.
