Hotel was in a good location, with an excellent staff who always tried to make our holiday the best. The breakfast was a buffet, but everyday something new and the food in general is really delicious. Few times we had a dinner in hotel’s restaurant it was really nice as well. The spa facilities in a hotel are the best!!

The noise from the street. There is a taxi place just in front of hotel and they keep chatting, also all motorbikes and so on. We took the bigger room and it was in front of the street, next time I will take the room in other building. Also the construction work, we didn’t know about that in the first place so it was kind of annoying. They keep working even on weekend days. There was some time when we chose to go somewhere else because you can’t listen that working sound. Also they are offering beach facilities in other hotel, but it is not worth it to spend money on it. The umbrellas and sunbeds are so old there is not so much joy there :)

Location was vey central for where we needed to be with plenty of entertainment near the location and the shopping was great. The staff were fantastic very warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble always there to help made the stay a real pleasre

The sun beds are great but you need to have a system as I noticed some people would have the beds all day which made it hard to use the pool as you had nowhere to sit. All so some of the guests would have the beds go out to lunch for 2-3 hours and come back after leaving their towels I think you should have a booking system for morning and afternoon so all the guests get a chance to spend some time by the pool.

Very happy with my stay

I don't like the fact that certain tourists from certain countries are allowed to put the towels on the sunbeds even when they are not using them, there isn't enough sunbeds and the selfish tourists are allowed to deprive other tourists from using them, it should not be allowed, and the hotel should take responsibility by stopping it, also allowing kids running jumping into the pool whilst other tourists are trying to relax, I noticed the one day they cleared all the tourists on the beds, causing chaos, there should be signs with rules, about the beds, I haven't seen the selfish hoarding of sunbeds for a long time, it's certain tourists from certain countries that do it, normally other tourist throw there towels in the pool, in disgust

As soon as I walked in the Taksu I felt at home, I was greeted by the super friendly Mairah at reception who was more than happy to have a chat and recommend places to visit in the area. The hotel was welcoming, clean and my room was spacious. Facility wise it had everything I needed for a short trip to Sanur. What makes this hotel great though is the staff, you can tell they're like a family which gives the place a great atmosphere. As well as the reception staff, Gus and Made on the bar were both very friendly and really made my stay a great experience. Highly recommend and would definitely be happy to stay there again, thanks guys!

Have no complaints

Room was clean, bathroom is modern, had a room with a view on the swimming pool which was nice and facilities were also nice. Most important thing to say: the personnel were great!! We forgot our wallet (with + 700 euro, creditcard etc) in the lobby when checking out and found out an hour later when arriving in Ubud. After leaving the taksu sanur hotel the personnel tried to call and text us (we had no connection, so figured that out later) that another guest had found our wallet. When arriving back at the hotel our wallet was handed over to us in an envelop. It was complete. The personnel kept it safe for us. We feel very lucky to meet such reliable people. Thank you again personnel of taksu sanur hotel!

Nothing to complain about.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were big and comfortable. Even the Breakfast had limited options, but was decent along with a live counter. The lobby was huge and had a decent sitting area around the pool. Though we didn't attend but Friday's there is light live music (not that would disturb you) Location was apt as it was near to most eateries and cafes, a supermarket and local market ..all was just at a walkable distance. Sanur beach is a bit far to walk, but over all a good value place for 3-4 days.

We had inadvertently booked an extra day, when we were to go to nusa islands, we had requested if the day could be changed/adjusted to a further extra day but the request wasn't accepted. But I wouldn't hold that against them. Overall a good place.

Wonderful staff, they were all so friendly, polite and helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms was very good, breakfast was good, the pool was a perfect temperature and excellent comfy beanbags!

Showers were poor, bed was a bit too firm for us and there’s not enough Sun loungers and bean bags round the pool. Was frustrating that by 8am people had managed to lay their towels down but were nowhere to be seen.

The room was big and comfortable. The bed was also big and very comfortable. Loved the swimming pool to have a swim and cool day after a day at the beach.

Great staff, wonderful breakfast, large room and very clean! Pool is wonderful, good happy hour! Fabulous food! Loved our time there!!!

Latte and coffee drinks no included in breakfast and have to carry cash to breakfast to pay for it. No food or drinks allowed to be charged to the room. Being your purse to breakfast, lunch and happy hour. 😁

The convenience of the whole stay. It was very nice to have bar and restaurant just in the hotel, the same as having spa. Location was very good as the hotel was close to yoga center and beach. Also Sanur quarter is way more quite and also a bit cooler compare to more touristic areas and I considered it as a big advantage. Another advantage was very nice, helpful and welcoming staff of Taksu Sanur.
