Checked us in with the brightest smile and gave us traditional welcome drinks. Upgraded our room because of our special celebration and gave us a call when the room was ready. * Great bed and pillows for good sleep. * Great view from the window! * The gym was decent and the swimming pool was splendid!

The only thing I can maybe make a comment on is the fact that our room has a door connected with the room next to us. (It might be designed that way so that families could stay close together.) So unfortunately we can hear very clearly what was going on in the room next to us... PS. If you take a taxi from the airport make sure you mention the name of the Pakuwon Indah mall though because there are two Sheraton in the city so the taxi driver could be confused (well, ours did).

My husband and I had booked Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah prior our nephew's wedding in Malang last weekend. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff of the hotel and got an upgrade! For me, I was extremely impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene. Honestly, in Asia, difficult to come such standards that Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah had set! Kudos to the housekeeping team! The bed and pillows were very comfortable that my husband did not snore!!! We woke up the next morning to the amazing spread of breakfast. Being both Javanese and Minang lineage, I am very proud of my heritage and love my Indonesian food! The Rawon, Soto Madura and Rendang were comparable to my mom's!!! Not forgetting the service staff were constantly there to ensure we were never left unattended. We are definitely keen to make our return trip to Surabaya!

The gym, the pool, the pool water (I am not kidding), the shower area near the gym, the helpfulness of the staff, and the welcome drinks met and some even exceeded my expectations. For those who are curious why I mentioned pool water, those of you who swam a lot must have experienced some pool water that is very viscous and hard to swim through. This pool? It is great! The water did not leave a salty or bitter aftertaste at all. The chlorine composition is not too much nor too little. The gym IS GREAT as well. It has full sets of dumbbell weights and some machines. THANK GOD it has more than just treadmills (like many hotels). The only thing lacking is a barbell and squat racks.

Many of the eateries closed very early in the morning (I cannot find anything besides McDonald's) at 7 AM when my partner and I woke up to do our daily workouts. The shower area near the gym is good, but only ONE cubicle exists. I had to queue up to shower after the workouts.

This is a world class hotel with really helpful staff. It's connected to a giant shopping centre (Pakuwon Mall in West Surabaya) and has a well equipped gym, a big outdoor pool and nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. A great choice for families.

Go-Jek does not recognise this hotel so (as of November 2022) you may have to key in the Pakuwon Mall in West Surabaya not the hotel. Also there are two Four Points Sheraton hotels in Surabaya - which can be confusing if you are relying on Google to find your way.

Loved the Suite! The panoramic view of the city was great. Do you love the room you loved? The ease and convenience of being part of a great Shopping Mall and near the American Embassy, etc. The sense of security. It is CLEAN and the Staff were absolutely phenomenal, polite and professional! Especially Paulina and Eveline at Reception, also Riri Silvia and Mr. Vicki with Management. I would absolutely return to this Hotel in the future. Last but not least, the Lift / Elevator was gloriously air-conditioned! Which is not always the case here in Indonesia.

I love the cleanliness of the room and the facilities i.e. swimming pool and gym room. Even though you are quite far away from the bustling part of the town, you would not be bored as the mall has a lot of things to do, we found cheap and nice massage here too!

Rooms are smaller than expected while the soundproofing of the room is not very good as I can hear noises from my neighbors.

Our stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service was great especially Mas Reva who served us with smile🙂 Perfect location and hotel with the access to the malls, comfortable bed/room. Will be back for sure!

Food need to be kept hot.

I like the view from the room i stayed.... I like the food...comfortable bed...wake up with nice view...good service from the staff.... Thank you nia..udin.. widya...and other restaurant staff and hotel that has been very kind and lovely service 😘

Theres no almond or oatmilk for people who cannot drink normal milk or have allergies to normal milk...the indonesian menu was very nice but too much salt...but all good 👌

-Breakfas very good. -The waiters also exellent for service all i need, fast with smile. -Just need more locall food (East Java food). -I just didn't find stawberry jam for two days.

The door in front of my room 1610, they are very annoying wth going in and out, the door opens and closes and the sound is very loud, but after i call the hotel to tell them and finished.

The location of this Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is Side by Side with Mall Pakuwon which can be Advantages for Traveller. The management of the hotel is really professional, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel meets the criteria for a four-star rating in terms of the amenities and services it provides and the quality of the accommodations.

The Price are needs to be taken into consideration.
