The location is just a 5-minute walk from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal. Staff were friendly and their restaurant serves guests 24/7. Do take note that some rooms allow smoking so if you are sensitive to smoke smell, do request for a non-smoking room. I stayed in a room that allows smoking but there wasn't any smoke smell when I checked in. Definitely worth the price!

The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

Wished that there was a fridge and a safe box in the room. Hopefully the hotel will add these 2 items in future. A little communication problem for us cos we can't really understand bahasa, but the staffs tried their best to understand us and provided good solutions.

Clean, spacious room and veneer flooring. The rooms were clean everyday. Sky lounge and aroma laut have great food and portions are just right. The hotel is near to KFC, provision shop, pharmacy and terminal. Everything is easy to access and walking distance.

There is no fridge in the hotel room. One of the pillow is too soft, like it has been used for a long time.

The staff is very gentle & prompt in service, well-cleaned cozy & very spacious rooms, location is at 5 min. walking distance in city from Tanjung ferry terminal.

No international dishes, limited options of food especially for dinner, food quantity is very less as compared to the price.

The location is not that far from the jetty. The variety of foods for the breakfast is sufficient. The cleanness of the room and facilities is very good.

Unfortunately the shower is not warm enough, especially during the early morning. Very much better if the hotel could provides transportation for the luggage to and from the hotel to the jetty.

see if can include western food like french fries, finger food, etc.! also if toilet bowl can be cleaner without noticeable stains!

Rooms and staffs are friendly and helpful

No minibar in the sunshine room. And the floors are not really wheelchair friendly. There is a lift but once reached the room level u need to take a few steps down to get to the room.

The hotel's proximity to the ferry terminal makes it a convenient location for travelers. The accommodations are both clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is highly quality and enjoyable.

Near to the habour and food areas.

Internet is very weak during the day. AC has smoking smell although we booked non smoking room. We had water tank scenery.
