The hotel is located in a beautiful garden near the rice fields. The hotel provides a free transfer to the city center. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast very tasty. We had 2 rooms in the hotel. The children's room was upstairs overlooking the rice fields. It was beautiful, big, clean and there was no problem. Our room was on the ground floor with a view of the pool. The room was really beautiful, but there was a smell during the entire stay - dampness and mustiness. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about the room. I definitely do not recommend this ground floor room. But the room upstairs was perfect.

Got an upgrade to deluxe room with view of rice fields. Room is very spacious, well-planned and clean, with a big balcony facing the rice fields. The view is nice. The pool is quite big and very relaxing. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room charge includes breakfast that is amazingly good. Choose from set menus. Dishes are well-presented and tastety. The resort is quite a distance to the Ubud centre, and they provides free shuttle running between the resort and Ubud centre. That is a plus. Overall, highly recommended.

The location is perfect, just outside the busy center of Ubud, but close enough to be there quickly bij scooter (download grab app). They also provide shuttle service to several points in the center. Rooms are perfect and clean, food is good, staff is friendly, pool is lovely (Ricefield view). They also helped booking the ferry to Lombok.

Amazing staff, made us feel so happy and welcome and we have left with wonderful memories of them. The rice field setting is great too, felt so peaceful and scenic to wake up to every morning. Food great and room too.

I wanted to be out of town and away from the traffic chaos, but I am in my seventies so I needed transport which the hotel provides, pretty much as and when and where you want it. Lovely people as the drivers too. They couldn’t do enough to take me where I needed to go and to help me with advice. The reception staff were so helpful too, especially Ari. Breakfast was buffet and what a choice as well as eggs any way you wanted, the boeuf stroganoff for instance, was awesome. And the crispy chicken bits

Nothing really. Need more sun shade umbrellas around the pool, but I was lucky, I always got one when I needed one.

We were looking for a quiet property with beautiful views but also within a fairly short walk to restaurants and shops etc.. The hotel ticked all of those boxes and more. Rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The early morning sunshine will wake you up, so bring an eye mask if needs be! Loved the buffet breakfast with flexible times, so having a lie-in won't be a problem if you want to take it easy. Very warm and welcoming staff, always happy to help! Thank you for the honeymoon touches. It was very sweet.

There's construction going on next door between 8-5. It wasn't such an issue by the poor and in the restaurant, but you will hear banging from the deluxe rooms. The rooms could do with some hanging racks.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Sufficient breakfast selection depending on occupancy as buffet or a la cart. The floating breakfast was really good and the pool was also really good for it. The shuttle service to the center of Ubud was also really good and always worked without any problems. We liked the hotel and Ubud itself so much that we extended our stay four times. The hotel also offers the possibility to book tours. We used these options three times. Our guide Dewa is highly recommended. We thought the price-performance ratio was great. When we extended our stay, we also got a discount without any problems.

Like everywhere in Bali, humidity is always an issue in accommodations. The first room we were allocated also seemed a little too damp. But then we got another room without any problems.

Quiet location. Shuttle to town. Ate in restaurant the whole time and loved it. Value for money. Travel sustainability. Recycling. Filtered water at reception!!!! Local Balinese owned hotel so funds back into the community. Recycling bins. The staff, the staff, the staff. My understanding is the service tax and the tip jar is divided equally among the employees. My personal thoughts on the musty room reviews. I am now at the 5 star Hilton and I just smelt the same smell. Humidity? Balinese timber? No idea. Whatever the case I didn’t notice it a day into my stay. I almost cancelled on the basis of musty room reviews. Thank goodness I didn’t! I will 100% return to Greenfield if in Ubud!

Due to a previous stomach illness in Cambodia, I am very nervous of food that is not kept hot….. perhaps I’m not alone? My feedback would be a little more heating of the buffet at breakfast?

It is set in a more secluded location, but very close to the centre of Ubud, even for walking. Nothing was missing from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I liked the view of the rice field the most!

I can't necessarily say I didn't like anything in particular, as the price/quality/location ratio is very good. In a hurry I would have some suggestions for future improvements: - white towels instead of brown ones - more diversified breakfast
