The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and accommodating. I ordered a flower pool for my birthday and it turned out great! They also provided umbrellas for you to use during your stay.

I had a jungle view which meant a lot of insects and ants. I understand it comes with the territory in Bali, but I stayed in a few villas, this was the only place where it was annoying. The kitchen was under construction, but they did have a menu to a restaurant you could have food delivered. I didn't use that service either because I believed the prices were too high. They did recommend a great restaurant that was in walking distance!

Jungle villa has fantastic view, pool was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was overall very well designed and spacious, outside area was a brilliant area to spend some time and relax. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the wonderful cat that lives around the Villa, extremely friendly, affectionate, and cute. Made out stay extra special. The overall atmosphere of the villas was also very calming and serene.

Bathroom accumulates a lot of flies, particularly at night, they like to linger around the shower. Felt this was sort of to be expected due to the location next to a jungle but it can be annoying when showering or using the toilet. It would be helpful if there was a light for the dressing table, currently there is nothing other than the high up room lights which make the mirror difficult to use. Location is a little way out of Ubud, perfect for piece and quiet but be aware that you will need to make use of a scooter or taxis.

Breakfast was amazing. Different choice which can accommodate everyone. Fresh juices were definitely a big plus for us. We had the pleasure to deal mostly with Cintia (I'm sorry but not sure how to spell the name) who went above and beyond on helping us on anything we asked. She also hosted our morning session on how to prepare the offering in their culture that you find all over Bali. She has been an absolute pleasure and thought us so many things we were not aware of.

Could not find anything we did not like. Only suggestion could be to keep the pool system running throughout the day as it helps them stay clean.

Highly recommend. The villa is perfect for someone who looks for quiet , relaxing and beautiful scenery of rice fields. Our stay in Poka Ubud Villa was amazing, special thanks to the staff namely Cynthia, Gita and Aldi to their kindess , hospitality who made our stay extra special, they look after us very well from reservation to booking of drivers and attending all our daily needs. This place is very welcoming. We had food delivered from the local restraunt when needed. All our laundry was taken care of with excellent facilities. Every day we would be in the pool swimming and afterwards if its still too hot the villas are nice and modern with airconditioning. If you are a tourist this is the best place to stay in Ubud hands down. The flowers and bed decorations were a lovely touch as my wife really loved the setup.

The staff were very helpful and able to assist us at all times. They were very friendly and welcoming. There were some works going on opposite Poko so we were moved to a jungle view. I can't say the works bothered us once. I did see a couple of reviews previously who mentioned the lack of a restaurant on site. The staff were able to organise for food to be delivered to the room. They also organised a local driver who can take you into the centre in roughly 10mins (depending on traffic). The breakfast was great and you can always get it brought to the room if needed. We wanted a very chilled start to our Bali holiday and Poko didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend Poko and would return!

How can I put into words how fabulous this place is? From the moment I arrived I was amazed by not only the natural beauty but the friendly, helpful, and amazing staff. My private villa was beautiful, clean, and offered complete privacy. The private pool was fantastic, clean, and had a water feature that was therapeutic to listen to. The hotel is a short drive away from downtown Ubud and it was easy to hire a driver through the front desk for day trips as well as transport back to the airport. I had great water pressure and hot water, and enjoyed the flower bath I ordered for a small fee. Breakfast was included and was delivered on time each day. Delicious Balinese dishes as well as Western options, and I loved the fresh coffee and watermelon juice as well. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ubud. Thank you Poka Villa for an incredible holiday!

The only con is the restaurant was not available after breakfast. However, Ubud central is a short ride away, and one day I ordered delivery which was easy through the Gojek app.

Very friendly and accommodating staff that were always there to help you. It was a very nice stay outside of Ubud, giving you privacy and nature. The most amazing villa with pool, breakfast in the room and comfort. We also appreciated the drivers that the hotel recommended.

Nothing bad but you need to have a transport into town and there will be some small friends (lizards, frogs & birds) saying hello once in a while (which is understandable since it’s just outside of a rice field).

I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the staff was perfect. Loved the private pool, the privacy of the villa and the rice terrace view. You will be surrounded by wildlife, so expect the noises of frogs, birds and gecko’s. The location is pretty close to the touristic attractions in Ubud by car/taxi, 15/20 minute drive to Ubud Centre.

Breakfast in private villa was good, but more variation in (intercontinental) breakfast options on a daily basis would be delightful. The restaurant was not open, because of construction work/ low season.

The room has a very nice pool among the rice field and I can enjoy my breakfast there with a peaceful view. The staff is helpful and friendly. Netflix in already in the room, so I enjoyed Netflix and chilling in that perfect room.

The restaurant is not ready for lunch and dinner, so I have to order from outside, but fortunately, the staff is super helpful to help us order our dinner and deliver it to our room. The hotel is located quite far from every check-in spot, but like I said, peaceful and quiet.
