Beautiful location right next to the Saraswati temple ( or part of ) , our rooms were situated right next to the side entrance of the temple, the reception Rati was very helpful and attended to our needs very well, we were there during a festival and gets to see the inside of the temple decked up for the festivities, I even got to meet the Prince of Bali, wonderful experience overall !

Breakfast at Lotus Cafe is lovely and easily accessible. The staff there is very courteous and the choice of food is just right. Being at such a magnificent place with the majestic view of the Saraswati Temple is a joy. The bed is comfortable although I would have preferred better pillows. It is a joy to stay in such a private space in the middle of busy Ubud, so this location is ideal for those who want everything at arms´ length as well as with privacy and seclution when retiring at own quarters. Staff is very helpful and polite. Very nice team. The pool is wonderful. Just the right size and also very clean and secluded. All in all I had an amazing break and felt at home in my two weeks¨s stay. My room was one of the best ones of the property and I am happy to have kept it throughout the whole period. I will certainly come back and will bring my husband this time :-)

The pillows of the bed. They could have been fluffier. The towels are old and could be of better quality, considering the price of the stay. My room would need a fresh coat of paint indoors. The minibar fridge is nice to have, but terribly noisy. The Lotus Bar offers a set breakfast menu however charges for anything outside of the list. It does not offer a replacement of the Balinese coffee with a cappuccino for example (and if ordered, it is extremely expensive). Perhaps this could be added to the breakfast menu drinks?

Everything was perfect. The staff was really really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very nice. The room was really nice with a balcony looking to the Saraswati temple, where we got to watch a theatrical representation.

The ilumination in the room was very dim. The entrance was under some renovations and was not that comfortable to get around.

It’s a genuine temple in the heart of Ubud. The staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. They messaged me right away to help me organize excursions before our arrival. Once we were there, we had a problem with our shower that we reported in the morning and it was fixed by lunch.

The location is excellent, and the hotel has direct access to water palace. Very well located. The team is exceptional from day1, we arrived very late. The check-in was very easy. The reception team was very helpful, efficient, and especially Mr Arya Sanjaya, he was exceptional, very professional, an excellent Ambassador and knowledgeable. The team at the Cafe Lotus, was exceptional since 1st minute. We started by breakfast and we had all our meals there because the food is amazing and the stuff is very friendly, professional and efficient. We felt at home. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel with very positive vibes. For kids, it is the perfect place. Thanks to the entire team, including the housekeeping staff. You made our visit exceptional.

The noise emanated from the refrigerator.

It was a very special experience to stay in the palace. The statuary, gardens and lotus pond were beautiful. All hotel facilities including our beautiful room and the pool were in excellent repair, clean and comfortable. We were especially pleased with the friendly and helpful staff. We made several requests and they came through every time. The breakfast served overlooking the lotus pond was excellent, with so many choices all prepared perfectly. We stayed 7 nights and looked forward to it each morning. The staff at the restaurant and the front desk greeted us with big smiles every time. I had a relaxing massage at the spa as well. This was a very memorable hotel and a quiet sanctuary in the centre of Ubud. The location is excellent, an easy walk to Monkey Forest, the public market and the Ubud rice terraces (Google the walk to Sweet Orange Cafe).

Ubud is busy and noisy and Puri Saraswati is in the centre on the main street which is particularly chaotic in the evening. It can be very challenging to cross the street.

Location is great in Ubud. Its next to the Water Temple with a great view. Our room offers a view of the dance performance from the Temple daily at 7.30pm. The staffs are super friendly. Breakfast at the Lotus Cafe is great with some local selections.

Unfortunately, the bigger classic room that we had is above the Cafe. And because of the proximity to the water feature at the lotus pond and road, it tends to be noisy. Quiet time is after 11pm. So if you have kids or is an early sleeper, be sure to request for a room that is deeper inside.

Perfectly placed hotel! In central Ubud right next to the Saraswati Temple. Spacious rooms with lovely terraces. The gardens are well maintained and the architecture itself is in sync with the temple next door. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile to be helpful.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and more maintained. no one appreciates stained toilets. Like for real, paint them if you have to. Same applies to coffee cups. The daily cleaning crew is also a little lux on days after you check in.

What a beautiful place this hotel is!!!! Its in the Ubud water Place premises and absolutely worth the stay. The staff is brilliant and very friendly and they ensure that your stay is comfortable. Because of the location of this hotel everything is closeby like the Ubud Palace and their central market etc. I loved everything and every bit of my stay here . Big thank you to the staff at Dijiwa ❤️. I look forward to visiting Ubud and staying there again some day.

This accommodation is a haven away from the main hustle and bustle of Ubud. The architecture was true Balinese style set amongst beautiful grounds. We paid extra for the breakfast at the Lotus cafe a 2 minute walk next door and the food was great.

It would be good if the little pool bar/storage area had drinks available in the fridge to purchase.
